We bought our daughter's vehicle there in May and worked with Doug. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. She took her car to college almost 2 hours away and had some issues with it overheating. Had it towed to two places near her. Received a quote from a local garage and then called Doug. He went completely out of his way to have it towed to him and did all the repairs necessary to get it working right. I just couldn't believe even though he didn't have to because technically the warranty was null at this point, he stood by us and did everything possible to help. Would I recommend them? Absolutely and have! Thank you so very much for being an honest and caring business.

Doug was OUTSTANDING! He is refreshingly honest, trustworthy and fair. He went far above and beyond what I expected from a dealer. He gladly permitted and helped facilitate my due diligence in buying a new car to be inspected by my own mechanic who i trust and have used for years. Doug corrected at his own cost what I would have considered normal wear and tear by replacing brake pads and rotors even though he really didn't have to. He treated me with respect and dignity, whereas I found at least 13 other dealerships that belittled me and treated me like a "little lady". Mind you, I am not a mechanic, however I spent 6 years helping my other half rebuild a 57 Ford Fairlane and all of my life doing simple mechanical jobs as brakes, exhaust, radiator and tuneups etc. so I am not completely in the dark. After I purchased the Jeep I realized that the differential fluid was leaking and Doug replaced the seal, cleaned it out and added new fluid at no extra cost. I cannot say enough good things about this delearship and DOUG in particular. He is outstanding and I have never had such a wonderful experience with a dealer in all of my life. I HIGHLY recommend Autokraft and DOUG in particular. He is pleasant, easy going, honest and fair. I LOVE my 2008 Jeep Liberty. If or WHEN I need a new vehicle I WILL be seeking out Doug at AUTOKRAFT again.

Recently purchased a car for my teen daughter from Auto Kraft. They have changed my opinion of used car sales! Mark was helpful, honest, no pressure and took care of everything we asked for. Great car, great price and a true pleasure to work with. I'll start with Auto Kraft first next time I'm in the market for a used car. Can't say enough positive about our experience with them.

I have bought my last two vehicles from Mark and have always had such wonderful experiences. My first vehicle had some issues with it a few weeks after we bought it and the folks down at Auto Kraft didn't give me any grief about the warranty, They got it right in and fixed right up and when ever I had any issue they were right there to help THE OWNER even extended my warrenty that way if anything happened I wouldn't be in the dark and vehicle less.. Never came to it though the car was a dream! Sadly she got totalled and I was back to looking for another car just 2 years into having her and I had no doubt where I would look again! I looked on the website found EXACTLY what I was looking for called Mark told him my name he remembered me and HELD the car for me till I could get down 2 days later, and I bought it that trip! Love these guys HIGHLY recommend them to everyone looking for a car.. Before they sent me on my way with this car they did new tires, new brakes, and even painted the roof that had sun fade.. I mean come on, thats basically unheard of from alot of uses car places.... I am now looking for a second vehicle to add to my driveway and I will only be buying from Mark and his team at Auto Kraft!

I had a no-pressure experience buying a 2008 Toyota Prius from Mark earlier this month. He was informative, easy-going, kind, and thorough. When the car needed a couple things done on it before finalizing the sale, I had transparent communication with Doug the mechanic. Thanks guys! So far so good.

Purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima. Car was serviced and is very clean. This dealer came highly recommended and I couldn't agree more. I work close by at the Town Hall which made it very convenient for me, although I would have traveled further to receive the service I did. We received outstanding customer service- Mark very responsive and a pleasure to deal with! An excellent buying experience all around!

Mark was beyond professional and treated us with upmost respect. He gave us plenty of privacy when it came to looking at the cars and made great followups when prompted with our concerns. While I did not purchase the car he was selling, it was about the car not being the right fit rather than Mark, for he was truly a top of the line car salesmen.(when there truly aren't that many out there)

I recently purchased a 2005 Honda CR-V EX from Mark at Auto Kraft. He let me test drive a few cars until I tested the CRV and knew this was the one. They sent the car out for service, had all new front brakes put in, detailed it fully. Their no haggle pricing is for a reason, they do what they say and the car is delivered in perfect driving(and looking) condition. Of course mine was in near mint condition. Mark is great, very helpful, and professional. I’d buy from him again in a heartbeat. One of the rare lots you can trust, and get your money’s worth.
