I have been used car shopping for about a year dealing with shady dishonest sales people and dealerships. I was always full of apprehension whenever I would go to a dealership knowing what I was in store for. Jim at V&F was hands down the best. He wasn’t pushy and was very honest with me from the beginning. He had the car ready and answered all of my questions about it. Once I decided I was going to buy the car he offered me top dollar for my trade, no back and forth at all, and no lowball offers. This was the most relaxed and fulfilling vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely buy from him again. We bought our daughter's vehicle there in May and worked with Doug. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. She took her car to college almost 2 hours away and had some issues with it overheating. Had it towed to two places near her. Received a quote from a local garage and then called Doug. He went completely out of his way to have it towed to him and did all the repairs necessary to get it working right. I just couldn't believe even though he didn't have to because technically the warranty was null at this point, he stood by us and did everything possible to help. Would I recommend them?
