Best ford dealer in Agawam, Massachusetts (MA) 2025

I have been used car shopping for about a year dealing with shady dishonest sales people and dealerships. I was always full of apprehension whenever I would go to a dealership knowing what I was in store for. Jim at V&F was hands down the best. He wasn’t pushy and was very honest with me from the beginning. He had the car ready and answered all of my questions about it. Once I decided I was going to buy the car he offered me top dollar for my trade, no back and forth at all, and no lowball offers. This was the most relaxed and fulfilling vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely buy from him again.
