We just bought a Ford Explorer Limited fully loaded at Tasca. Christine was outstanding. She stayed late for us to get there and try the car and answered all our questions clearly. The next day we returned to complete the purchase and she had everything lined up for us. The person who walked us through the insurance options was also great and very knowledgeable. No cheesy sales pitch or attitude at Tasca at all. Thank you Christine for all your help! We love our car!

Excellent buying experience!! GM (helped me as a friend), Sales Manager, Finance Manager were all very helpful and great to work with. Christine is a wonderful and very knowledgeable salesperson. She made the transition go nicely and worked with the GM, Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager, to make sure all was in order. Christine also made sure I was all set with my purchase so I would be comfortable driving and operating my new vehicle going forward. Just picked up this 2016 Toyota Tacoma! Fast and smooth transaction. They didn’t let me down one bit! I went in knowing what I wanted and they went above and beyond my wants and needs. Thanks to Andrew Zahara my sales rep he’s been on top of everything! I literally had a whole list of things that needed to be done and he made everything happen! Also then the manager Errol Gaudette did everything he could to give me what I wanted for a trade in for my car! The only thing I am disappointed in is I wish I came here before for all my cars. You earned my trust and I’ll be a customer from here in out! I give you a 10/5 stars. Great work everyone.

Tasca Ford Seekonk MA, what can I say except exceptional!! Exceptional sales, exceptional service! I can't begin to express my gratitude for my sales woman Christine! Her experience and service was beyond expectations and she was absolutely amazing! Her coworkers were super friendly and helpful as well! They worked with me on getting the price down and my trade in up! I would recommend anyone to this dealership and if you're in the market for a new vehicle, definitely worth the trip and experience! When I came back for the registration and final paperwork, everyone on the team was there to greet me and make sure everything was going well, so very accommodating. 10/10 experience with Tasca. As my second time around, even with a different salesperson it was as easy as it could be. The saleswoman, Christine, was phenomenal seeing as i was able to drive off the lot with the car i wanted that day. My experience at Tasca Seekonk greatly exceeded my expectations. My sales expert Christine Coriaty was amazing; she really listened to me throughout my purchase and I could tell she genuinely cared. This same experience carried on into finance; Rob didn’t try to rush me out, he answered all my questions, explained my loan in detail, expressed the benefits of an extended warranty but did not pressure me. I did end up purchasing an extended warranty as the vehicle I purchased had 110K miles. He even taught me some new tools to manage my credit. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks so much!

Had a terrible experience getting an oil change and tire rotation here for my Ford Transit. I made an oil change appointment, expecting the process to take around an hour, so I waited in the waiting area. My van wasn't even on the lift til 1 1/2 hours after I arrived. Finally, the van is done 2 1/2 hours later. I asked the service rep if it always takes this long. He said he had another large vehicle up on the lift. Fine, though I would've appreciated a warning when I check in or made the appointment that it was going to take extra time. It seemed like everyone was waiting an extra long time, including another person who waited 2 hours for an oil change on a normal passenger vehicle. I was finally relieved to be on my way when I realized that they hadn't checked my tire pressure after rotating the tires. Suddenly I'm driving with rear tires inflated to only 54 PSI when they're supposed to be 80. Front tires at 67 and 74 when supposed to be 52. So now I was stuck driving around to gas stations to inflate my tires properly. I thought this would be an easy and quick process at their "Quick Lane," but it turned into a huge headache. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

I purchased a new Ford Bronco Sport in November and then a used Challenger in December. I had a great experience both times. Alex D. was our sales expert and I highly recommend this dealership. They were able, and willing to bring vehicles from other dealerships in their network to the one closest to me. I will start all of my future auto shopping here.
