Horrible experience after giving This branch multiple chances! Every time I go to this branch there is no internet or some machine or equipment is down. Let’s not mention 1 or 2 tellers with a line that almost exits the building unbelievable! Meantime the bank off of Broward Blvd is always where I end up due to the lack of good service at this location.

It was closed so I did the drive through! It was pretty big and easy to navigate and the atm and drive way was pretty clean! The building is pretty big on the outside and looks cool but again it was closed so I cant comment further. The drive through atm is good, dunno about inside but at least it looks cool.

Hope you like waiting 1 hour to deposit your check, with 2 teller and 30 people waiting. Manager said "Use the app or Zelle, if you don't like waiting".

I stopped by this morning after a very unpleasant experience at another branch. I was greeted promptly and my information was taken and entered into their system and I was asked to sit in the waiting area to be seen by a relationship manager. In less than two minutes I was being helped by Amira who is truly amazing, professional and extremely nice. She was able to get me in and out quickly and addressed all of my concerns and took into consideration my time and that alone speaks volumes of what true customer service and attention to detail is all about. I know have know which branch to go to in the future when I need assistance.

The worst management ever, I had to come in to this branch and guess what... one teller one the 1st of the month to help over 10 ppl! While to open an account they had over 10 ppl waiting to assist.

I was just at this Bank, now there were two tellers at the front and they had around 12 people waiting in line and the two toddlers each had a business deposit account which if you know can take a very long time because they have to separate the bills and they have to scan everything and counted at etc. There was like at least two other Bankers just walking back and forth and talk and they were just there no one was there to help the tellers. There was no one to even say we apologize for the wait which is absolutely ridiculous. They need to work on their customer service. After I finished paying off my car loan that I needed to do cuz that was all that I was there for to give them a check, I did not even know how to get out of the bank because they lost the main door so no one else could come in I have to look around and ask someone to tell me how to leave. Again, very poor customer service. If I could I would have given zero stars but that is not an option

Every time I walk into this bank no one is at the front to greet me. I waited in line for 10 minutes thinking I would be helped by the agent at the counter. When I got to the agent she informed me it would be another 30 minute wait. Banks should know that time is money and there should be an easier process of getting customers in and out.

HORRIBLE ATM drive through! BE CAREFUL!!! There are two small concrete medians about 8-12 inches thick. In the drive thru, there are two ATM's so if you are at the first ATM, someone waiting behind you cannot access the second empty ATM, or if you are at the first ATM and someone is in front of you, you have to sit and wait until they are done to pull forward out of the lane. There is a concrete median parallel to each ATM. If you are at the first ATM and try to turn right in order to drive around the person in front of you at the second ATM, you will NOT see that there is a concrete median separate from the one you can see and drive right over it!! It completely wrecks and ruins your car and you get stuck on top of it! The median isn't even yellow anymore because so many cars have done this, the yellow paint is now replaced with every car color imaginable! Furious and wanting to sue them at this point. It would literally cost them maybe 4K to rip this out!! And is actually better for someone trying to rob you at the ATM because you can't get out!!!
