This branch should really close down due to poor customer service. I was greeted by a young lady upon my arrival, however she came to me repeatedly to ask how could they assist me in different ways every time. I’ve been waiting since 11 something this morning and I’m still waiting (it’s now 12:55 p.m). Employees like these should get paid via commission because getting paid hourly is too generous. They are hardly working yet getting paid, it’s like they are riding the clock. Lord help us!

Spanish cashier behind the counter extremely super nice!!!!! the other cashier was extremely rude more than once that we’ve been here doesn’t change horrible customer service except for the Spanish lady everybody else it’s useless!!!!!

This branch will never answer the phone. I have tried for days. Their 800# is even worse. I finally went to this branch physically and they have only 1 person working to handle account issues. None of my issues were resolved. I talked initially with Jerry and was told one thing. The next day I spoke in person with branch manager Carolla Cartagena. I was assured that my issue would be resolved and I would be called on Monday. No calls, nothing resolved. I tried to call on Tuesday several times, no answer. Called the 800# and waited 1 hour and 41 hours with out a resolution and was cut off. Drove to the branch and only one person working, Monique who was busy with customers. I will be closing all three of my accounts with Chase Bank today and moving my business and my assets to another bank. Do not bank with Chase Bank, they have the worst customer service of any bank I have dealt with. Fifth Third Bank is great with impeccable customer service.

Conistently 15+ minutes in drive through for years. I tolerated it because its close by the house until i went inside to complete my transaction after waiting in the drivethru for 15 minutes. When I informed the teller how long I waited he gave me a very sarcastic response. Tall bald guy with glasses, thanks. Im never going to that branch again..

I had a terrible experience at the Apopka location today. After being a customer of Chase Bank for years . I will be closing all my accounts with Chase after the treatment that I received today . I went into this location to get some legal documents notarized. I presented the branch manager with my identification and my bank card as she requested. I then signed the paperwork in front of the branch manager as she requested and she then stamped and signed. She then asked for me to fill out a portion of the paperwork that she did not have to stamp or sign. I expressed to her that I had already spoke with my lawyer and they advised me that I did not need to fill out that portion of the document. I also called my lawyer and she also expressed the that portion of the paperwork would be filled in by them( case number, who vs who, etc. ) . The branch manager Then refused to hand me back my paperwork which she had already signed and stamped. Then while I was sitting there with my Lawyer’s office on the phone. she destroyed the two portions of the documents that she had already signed and stamped by taking a pen and scribbling all over the pages. Then had the nerve to tell me have a nice day. I reached out to the regional manager after I left that location and I got in touch with his secretary who told me that she would pass on the message to him and that he would get back in touch with me in about an hour. That was over 3 hours ago. One thing I have Learned in my 42 years on this earth is not to go where you’re not wanted and this experience has shown me that Chase no longer wants my business. So I will be taking it elsewhere. #donewithchase

I'm writing a review after visiting this location several times. Initially I thought that they were just having a bad day, but after going several times, they're just unprofessional!! If you sign in to be helped, they take their time getting to you; it never looks like they have enough people working in the lobby. The small branch in Apopka is 100 times better and extremely helpful, I don't even mind waiting for them. Definitely will only be using the drive through at the Semoran branch in Apopka!
