Vet staff almost gave our dog the incorrect vaccination after I confirmed twice which vaccine to administer 😵 When I called them out on it, they didnt say a thing and left the room to go get the correct vaccination. Poor attention to detail😠. There was something UP with our vet since she was very jumpy, extremely fast verbally and all over the place. She wasnt listening as she talked a million miles an hour. Not sure if that's her personality but it seemed abnormally UP. 🤨

I went to this VCA location for my cat Rex who I recently adopted from the animal shelter. Everyone here was so nice and helpful. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and helped immediately. Glenn was awesome at making us feel comfortable and helping us out. Dr. Carey was amazing and very professional. She helped to relieve any worries we had about Rex. Also shoutout to Cammie for helping us tremendously, we were able to have Rex treated without having to stress too much about money.

If I had to answer how my experience was in one word, it would be, amazing! Everyone there has such a great attitude and they all seem to have a genuine care for animals of all kinds. Dr. Stenger is very personable and really took her time in evaluation. Hands down she is the best Veterinarian I have worked with. It is clear that her goal is to do her best and provide the best service to her customers and their pets. Camie (not sure of the spelling) - she really brought the patient experience home with an almost overly family oriented personality. In a world where everyone complains about everything it was refreshing to see her attitude and personality shine. It is apparent that her staff are well cared for as there was not one frown in the room. As for the facility - surprised really with how clean it was and how well kept the grounds are. I felt very safe and knew before entering the room that everything was sanitized and ready for my boy Phantom! Great location, staff, and service. I tell my friends and family about this staff and location. I live 40 minutes away and pass dozens of veterinary offices along the way. This place is worth the drive!

Our kitties recieve great care here. I have a cat with chronic health issues, and the care he receives here is top notch. Doctors are always willing to explain the science behind the issue and often follow up. When I'm out of town, this is the only place I'll board my cats, knowing they'll be in good hands

Piedmont animal hospital has always been the place to bring your pet in apopka, we’ve been using their services for over 15 years! They really care for their customers/pets and make it obvious they care and want to help. Except for Gen (front desk) - it’s never been made more obvious that someone doesn’t like their job, or can’t handle it emotionally. Not sure what her issue is but talking to other customers it isn’t just us that feel this way. Besides that, fantastic establishment!

I took my cat here years ago and now that I have moved back I take the same cat (much older now) and our rescue dog here. My cat had some oral issues and they were great for the entire process. The Dr called me personally a few times and kept me totally informed of the process, Boots’ status on the day of, and also to answer a question I had a couple days after. It is really refreshing to experience that level of courtesy in an automated world!

Always very caring about my pets. They will go out of there way to accommodate my schedule, and prices are good. They even call to check up on my pets care days after as a follow up. I love that!

Woke up yesterday morning and my furbaby was extremely ill, I went online and secured an appointment within the next hour. They got us right in, running tests and sent us home with medications. I would recommend this VCA.

We have been seen by most of the practicing veterinarians in this group and ONLY have POSITIVE things to say about ALL of them! Dr. Maureen is our chosen vet to see - the time she takes to give each pet a THOROUGH health exam and to give the pet parents a THOROUGH explanation of their pet's health and diagnosis is TOP NOTCH! Incomparable care! We appreciate the reception desk and tech folks as well! We are so pleased we found VCA Piedmont! *As an extra benefit side note, they are advocates of rescue, spay, and neuter! HUGE PLUS in our eyes! WE LOVE YOU, VCA PIEDMONT (and George does, too!)
