Prices are decent and they work fast, in and out in a day or 2 depending on what needs done and how many people were before you.

1. You will get mud in your car. They will not put mats down. They will not clean your car either after tracking mud and dirt everywhere. This is incredibly disrespectful to the client and their property. 2. You will overpay for everything, go literally anywhere else and you'll get a better price. I *highly* recommend Staley for tires & oil changes 3. They broke the battery protectors off of my fiancees car and said nothing about it. We ended up calling, and, surprisingly, they fixed it. 4. Make sure you track your Lug-nut key, especially if you decide to get tires elsewhere. They made us drive back to pick it up without apology. 5. If you get inspection here, you have to pay even if you fail and decide to get inspected elsewhere. I do not trust Quick Lane with my vehicles. Don't go here, the technicians need to be seriously re-evaluated.

I have done lots of business here, unfortunately I won’t be returning. I had a conversation with an employee about how meticulously I keep my vehicle. After my appointment I went outside and the previously spotless interior was wrecked. They took zero precautions and showed no respect for my personal property.

If Beck is there it's all good. Last visit she wasn't. 10am appointment, 'how long should this take?" "I don't know." 4 1/2 hours later they are just bringing the car in. "The car before hers gave us a lot of problems" no apology. Mechanic ignored my several times when I spoke to him. Also, gouged up my rims putting on new tires. Beck gets 5 stars, That ignoramus at the counter and nasty old mechanic need to find other work. Will NOT be returning to this establishment. And a shame becouse thry have been great in the past. the owner should be ashamed to allow the treatment and quality of work at this garage. (My mother had suspension work done last year, had to bring it back to be fixed, then failed inspection so had to have it fixed for the third time in a year.)

Very unprofessional..... They said we have a exhaust leak well ok that's all fine and alright but then they told us our back tires are dry rotted. How in the hell are they dry rotted when we just bought them from walmart not even a month ago.... Then they have the nerve to tell us well we can't fix the leak here you'll need to go to a muffler shop.... What car repair business can't do work at their site? So we are taking our business else where.....

Great staff and good honest advice for servicing your vehicle. They can get you pretty much any tire you want and at a good price in just a few days. I do suggest making appointments because they do get busy often. Been dealing with them for five years and no real reason to complain.

My Son took our 2007 Subaru out back in 12 October 2016, to trouble shoot a grinding noise in the rear axle before driving back to Cincinnati. He was told by tech Rick Kaiser the problem was brake pads and rotors and the coolant was only good to 0 degrees. (what, coolant in the rear end?) for this they charged $103.00. I told him to drive home. Once home we took it apart, the pads were not even near the wear bar, over 20,000 miles left on them and the rotors were smooth and clean. E-brake fair but not bad. The problem was the brake backing pad rust. We fixed it in 15 minutes. They are either totally incompetent or gouging people $$$. I would give no star if possible!
