Frank does excellent service and doesn't overcharge. Had our car fixed here instead of the dealership that usually fixes our car, we were charged almost less than 1/3 of what the dealership was charging us to fix the same problem. Also, the dealership wanted to "fix" additional items that Frank said weren't necessary. Really appreciated the honesty. Service: Electrical repair

I was just visiting the area and went into Frank's because the air conditioning suddenly stopped working in my car. I just wanted to know if it was something that could be fixed quickly or if it might be a bigger job and I should wait till I was back home. I could live without AC for a few days but If it was something simple I'd rather get it fixed. The mechanic was very friendly and helpful and talked me through what he was looking for. He ran a test and unfortunately it was not a quick fix but he suggested a few things to tell my mechanic back home. Thankyou for the help! Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was purchasing a used car in the area and had arranged an inspection with another local shop, which ended up closing early for the day. I stopped by Frank's shop without an appointment and asked if he could take a quick look at the car, which I had on a test drive. It's really refreshing to meet someone like Frank who runs an honest business. I rarely write reviews but I wasn't sure if many people knew of the honesty and integrity of this shop. I stopped by Frank's once in the past just to ask a random question and he kindly helped and explained the answer to me even though I was not a client at the time. I've done service at Frank's since then and this is the place for us now. We're lucky to have an honest mechanic in town. I'm really glad that there are businesses that still operate with honor. It's very easy and tempting to rip customers off but it takes a special kind of person to resist the urge and uphold such standards. Thank you Frank.

Frank and Paul have always treated me fairly. Never once felt taken or shady. Never once had an issue with a repair. The ONLY problem is that they’re good, and as more people get to know that my wait for appointments gets longer.

Great experience!! I was in Newtown for another appointment and needed my car inspected. Searched online and randomly called Franks Center Auto Service. Frank personally answered the phone and told me to come right over. In and out in less than 30 minutes!! They even helped me renew my registration instantly online. Awesome service and very helpful staff. I'll be back!!

I called my regular mechanic and even my backup mechanic because my brakes started grinding really bad. They couldn't fit it in until next week. It was so bad that I was afraid to drive the car. I called Frank's and without hesitation he said he would fit it in the next day. Pushing my luck I also asked for an early inspection and an overdue oil change. I was a new customer and he did all of the work for a reasonable price. It was finished before the end of the day. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great auto repair shop. Frank doesn't charge for unnecessary repairs and keeps his prices reasonable. Went to another auto repair shop that gave me the impression they were ripping me off so tried Frank's and he charged $800 less for the same repairs. Honest car repairs. Definitely will recommend to all family and friends. Plus there's Starbucks around the corner in which you can continue to work while repairs are being done.
