Really great experience here. My 90 year old mother's car overheated and was towed to Superior. She was from out of town so we had to deal with the problem by phone only. Plus, she left her jewelry in the car. Will was awesome. First, he texted me a photo of the jewelry and assured me it would be OK (which it was). He solved the mechanical issues promptly, at a reasonable charge and communicated throughout. I am a small business owner, so I know this kind of service, integrity and professionalism is important. I highly recommend them. Nice job Will! Thanks so much.

I have had the privilege of being served by Superior Motor Service, on several occasions and they come through every time! They look to please their customers, while also doing their job in excellence. I admire their honesty very much! As a matter of fact, they're honesty is what keeps bringing me back. Definitely a recommend! I have a 2000 Ford Excursion with a 7.3 Diesel Engine, and not everyone knows how or what to do with them. But I trust them with it.

It was not my first pick for gas didn't fill my tank up. It was ok. Just a quick place to stop for gas before going onto 95. Had to get gas before going home or we wouldn't have made it home with 95 traffic! I was not impressed with the price of gas there!! It was 3.something a gallon at my normal gas station at home it's only 2.99 right now.

Superior motor service works very hard to help people with all your auto service needs. Some people don't have nice things to say for lots of reasons: maybe your car was impounded by the police, maybe if your aaa member and your driver had 3 other calls and you had to wait a little while longer, maybe you had an accident and didn't agree with the responding police departments set tow rates. Either way please remember that these drivers try their best to do a high risk job and keep customers safe by getting to that person and getting them out of harms way!!!! A lot of people post negitive things for the wrong reasons. Have a problem give them a call before you post!!!

The only thing superior is their greed. I ran out of gas on the interstate towing a trailer and a truck on the trailer. I called AAA. They sent this rip off company. I was supposed to get 2 gallons of gas. They were aupposed to be there in 20 minutes ( they were 1.3 miles away). After 30 minutes it occurred to me to cyphen gas out of my truck i was towing. I got a half gallon but when i turned my key, no start. When the guy arrived he didnt put gas in and could not give me a jump. He said the ignition was bad and he could tow me to their shop. He said AAAThere they put 2 gal gas in and started "evaluating" what was wrong. I was outside the bay watching the mechanic. Talk on his phone, eat a sandwich talk to some other mechanics. Take a walk. He went in turned the key and the truck started. The clerk, sister of owner. Handed me a bill for $275. REALLY? She said $150 for tow $20 for gas $95 for estimate. I said "whats wrong?" Blank stare. They dont know. I knew. But i was getting screwed so i didnt tell them. What about AAA. She acted like ahe never heard aboht AAA and this was all between them and me. I "NEGOTIATED THE PRICE TO $227. The problem was my starter. When a starter starts to go bad sometimes it starts and sometimes it doesnt. Lucky for them it started in their bay. The owner is a crook who uses AAA to snatch cars off the road, then rip them off at his shop. Pure and simple evil criminal.

My experience with Superior Motor Service in Fairless Hills doesn't even warrant 1 star so I am not giving them any. Unfortunately it wouldn't let me publish my review without giving them 1 star so I had to even though they don't deserve it! I had an almost life threatening experience with them. I had a flat tire and called the AAA hotline and they sent out a young guy from Superior to change my tire. He changed the tire and put my spare tire on and I thought all was fine. As soon as I left work that day my car was making a horrible noise so I pulled over immediately thinking I had another flat tire. None of the tires were flat so I got back in my car and went a little further but the noise continued so I pulled over again. Apparently the young guy who changed my tire didn't put my lug nuts on tight enough and the tire was wobbling and would have come off my vehicle if I continued to drive it. The lug nuts were so loose that they were almost coming off, when I checked them, they almost came off in my hands that is how loose they were. Several people pulled over to help me and they tightened my lug nuts enough for me to drive the short distance home but the car still didn't seem to drive right. I got home and called AAA to file a complaint and the rep told me she would send someone else out (a different company) to fix the problem and put the lug nuts on correctly. Well to my surprise 2 Superior trucks pulled up at my house a short time later and they asked who did the job earlier and they commented that it must have been the new kid they just hired and the guys said he should have known better. The one guy asked if the kid put it on manually or used an air gun and I told him he used a cross. So the one guy noticed that the tire wasn't even centered on the bolts so he jacked the car up and took the entire tire off and put it back on correctly (or so he thought). He also commented how the rim was damaged from the tire not being put on properly. He told me that my tire wouldn't come off now because he was going to use an air gun. After he was done, I commented to them that I was going to have my shop plug my tire that was flat and he said that he can plug it for $20 and that AAA doesn't cover that. He looked at the tire and said that he could plug it and it would be cheaper than my shop could do it for. I told him no, that I would get my shop to do it. They then left. Well I took my car to the shop and my mechanic told me that the lug nuts were put on backwards and the tire could have still come off. He told me that the flat side of the lug nuts should be facing out not the rounded side - they even took pictures and showed me the pictures which they emailed me so I have a copy of it. My shop also told me that they couldn't plug the tire that was flat because of the location of the screw in the tire so they had to toss it. Then my mechanic told me that there cost to plug a tire is less than $20 so Superior was trying to rip me off. If my tire would have come off and caused me to have an accident, Superior would have had one hell of a lawsuit on their hands. Lucky for me I was vigilant enough to know something wasn't right and get it taken care of. It was funny though how the guy that came out the second time was joking about the first guy and how he should have known better with regards to changing the flat tire and that he did it wrong too. I will never refer them to anyone and I will request that AAA not send that company out to me in the future. Don't ever let this company do any service to your vehicle if they can't even handle changing a tire. Obviously they have incompetent employees working for them.

Awful! Absolutely awful! AAA dispatched their tow truck to me on the side of Route 1 at 1100 at night, the driver arrived, asked if the car was drivable and I explained that the tire was flat, he stated that I was refusing service because I would not let him drive the car to Neshaminy Mall to fix the flat, he then told me that I was refusing service, I explained that I had the plus membership and the vehicle could be towed if he wanted to take it to the mall but that it could not be driven and he left me on the side of the road and then drove past me ten minutes later at a high speed. I WILL NEVER use them!

Long story short, I've had the worst possible experience with Superior Motor Services on 5 separate occassions. On top of not fixing any of the problems they were dispatched by AAA to address, Superior Motor Services cost me an additional $700 of out of pocket expenses to fix the problems they created. Once I contacted a manager at Superior Motor Services about my experience, I was promised that he would look into the issue and get back to me. When I called to check in, after 2 months without a resposne, the same manager told me that he "didn't need my God Damn business, he does 40,000 jobs a year" and that he wouldn't be doing anything to try to find a positive resolution to my concerns. Getting into the details, my car wouldn't start on 1/2/14. I contacted AAA and they dispatched Superior Motor Services to diagnose and jump start the battery. Instead of running diagnostics, Superior Motor Services instead told me, based on it being a 2010 car, they would be replacing the battery -- without running a single diagnostic -- and it would cost me about $130. At the time, I trusted them and agreed with these next steps. I have since learned that AAA technicians are always required to run diagnostics on all batteries and that mine likely only required a jump, not a $130 replacement. Days later, with the new battery installed, the car wouldn't start again. AAA again dispatched Superior Motor Services to diagnose the problem. This time the tech did run diagnostics on the battery, stated that the battery was in good health, jumped the car, and left. Within 48 hours, the battery died again. I called AAA and they dispatched Superior Motor Services to tow the car to my local Mazda dealership. This time, a brand new $329 GPS was stolen from the car. While I can't be sure that Superior Motor Services took the item, it was there when they took towed the car, it was not there when I got to Mazda. In the spirit of customer relations, AAA and Mazda have both met me half way and agreed to share the cost of replacing the stolen item. Superior Motor Services hasn't even called me back. I paid Mazda out of pocket to run diagnostics on the battery and they immediately diagnosed that it was a defective battery -- how did Superior miss this? -- and that they would need to replace it before running diagnostics on my car. At that point, AAA dispatched Superior Motor Services to again replace the battery. Superior Motor Services were supposed to arrive between 12PM and 3PM. They never showed up. AAA again dispatched them to arrive by 6PM and Mazda's staff stayed late to allow them access. Again, they didn't show up. I ended up paying Mazda out of pocket to replace the battery. Since then, the car has run perfectly. To this day, Superior Motor Services has yet to return my phone call. When I contacted them directly, 2 months later to follow up, I was rudely brushed aside without so much of an apology for the negative experience. I have already shared my concerns about Superior Motor Services with AAA directly, have never posted a negative review before, but I couldn't in good conscience not share these 5 experiences with other consumers. Super Motor Services is an unreliable service company with terrible customer service.
