Woman in her office was so unhelpful. Barely anyone working, very slow and no one greets you when you come in. Worst customer service at this branch.

Kirk at the Langhorne Branch was Awesome. He immediately Greeted my daughter and I when we walked in, we sat down at his desk and within 15 minutes he had solved all the problems my daughter was having with her account and the App. I wish all the TD Bank employees were as pleasant and helpful as Kirk.

We have been with TD bank since it was Commerce bank. We loved it because it was customer friendly. We have our mortgage here as well as multiple accounts. TD has gone downhill in the last few years and now seems to make Covid 19 the excuse for horrible customer service. The other day I visited a branch on Cottman Ave in Philadelphia and they make you wait in line outside to get into the bank and you have to text them when you get in line. Then you wait tirelessly in a line in the cold to get called in. Better dress warm as the wait was so bad I finally left. Today on a Friday afternoon I went into the Langhorne branch after going to the ATM and it only dispensed large bills. I wanted them broken down into small bills and I walk inside and there were two tellers. One had a customer so I went to the one where there was no customer. The lady kind of freaked out on my putting her hand up to stop me as she did not want to take a customer. I waited in line for over 15 minutes to see her fooling around with other things instead of taking customers and the other teller was still with his only customer. Finally she took me and I told her what I wanted and when I left and looked at what she gave me she did not get anything right. These are just a few examples of the lack of customer service that this bank provides. Don't even try to call the customer service phone lines as the wait times are horrific. I will be moving soon to Republic Bank as they are customer friendly and want the business. TD should be ashamed of their level of "service" that they provide.

Td bank in langhorne has a wonderful group of people working for them. I’d recommend them to anyone who are frustrated and/or having issues with there current bank. Or don’t belong to a bank at all...

The lady Lisa gave me attitude, waited 30 minutes to get my change and my deposits to get deposited, understaffed fairless hills location is better.

Im Customer of this Td Bank Office during 3 years and it was the first worst bank experience ever. Manager treat me like pice of trash without no reason...I call to customer service and they said they can't help me and just ... Sorry. Thank you TD Bank for tears, waist time and bad day. Someday all of you get this back.

I was at this location yesterday to have something notarized, after having a REALLY bad day and honestly a REALLY bad couple of weeks. To make a long story short, I was at my wits end when I got there. I had called ahead of time to make sure that a notary was there, because I had visited 3 other TD locations, one didn't have a notary there that day, the second, the same and the third forgot to bring in his book. I spoke to Jerry McKenna who said they had a notary there and in fact, it was him. When I arrived, Jerry got me taken care of right away, was super courteous, funny and gracious. I think he could tell how beat down I was at that point, and he did something that just made me burst in to tears right in the middle of the bank. After driving around for over an hour and half trying to get this form notarized, I had to use the ladies room. When I came out, he gave me a $25 gift card! He said take this to go get your nails done, get some gas or do something nice for yourself. I was blown away. he didn't have to do that, but he did. We don't always believe it when Corporations say they are "human," but is is, IN FACT that when they have employees like Jerry, than absolutely CAN be! Thank you Jerry for, as you said, "Paying It Forward." You have inspired me to do the same. Now look at what you started! Thank you so much for your kindness <3

Went in here on a Sunday with my fiancee with some business to attend to. First was to have the teller at the front desk attend to multiple items and second was to open an account. Tara was great, as she mentioned they were short staffed but managed to tend to our business effectively and in a timely manner. She was very personable as well. Ellen in customer service was awesome as well. Very friendly, thorough in explanation and efficient in completing everything that needed to be done. In any business, anyone can fake a personality for customer service. Ellen demonstrated great interpersonal skills and was very comfortable to work with. I would recommend this branch and these employees to deal with.

I drive out of my way to go to this branch with another 5 minutes closer. The staff is very helpful and understanding. They go out of their way.
