I highly recommend this dealership. I went in on Saturday 7/9/22 with my piece of junk car that literally took me over an hour to get there which should only have taken 10 minutes. My transmission keeps overheating. I went in and talked to salesman Jordan Sadusky. Between him and the finance department they did everything they could to get me into my new car. They didn’t have the color I wanted but I’m very satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealership

Usually I dread going to a dealership as it is always a stressful situation, however working with Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorne to purchase my 22 PB MT VN was a pleasure every step of the way. This particular car was very difficult to find as they are sold before getting to the dealership. I checked the Hyundai inventory daily and was fortunate enough to see this Veloster N was scheduled to be delivered to Fred Beans and wasn’t asking for crazy thousands over MSRP like other dealerships. I called and spoke to Kyle McKenna who quickly reserved the car for me. He kept me up to date on the ETA of the car. Six weeks later, when the car arrived I worked with Brianna Tun who is a kindred spirit when it comes to owning and loving the same types of cars. Jonathon Lloyd made handling all the financial paper work super easy and quick. All in all working with Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorne was one of the best experiences at a dealership I have ever had.

I stumbled upon Fred Beans Hyundai while on social media asking friends about a Hyundai family that has Ford in the family. We were very unhappy with our Ford lease and you can only turn it in to a Ford dealership or one with a Ford family. I cannot thank this friend enough for letting me know about Fred Beans as we are in NJ and didn't think to look in PA. I set everything up with Kyle and Sharon. I let them know what I was looking for and they had 3 in stock where most had 0. We woke up and verified all were still in stock and made the trek out. We were immediately greeted by the manager Zach and introduced to our sales rep Tim Engle. He was GREAT! We took our preferred choice for a test drive and Tim answered every question (even the ones about the area and the old racetrack) He was able to handle the Ford lease and got us the exact deal we were looking for. He was great and we were there for awhile bc I know Ford isn't the easiest to deal with. He also went over all the stuff on the touchscreen (there is a lot!) And made sure the Palisade was as clean as a whistle before we left. We even got a great photo with him! We are so proud to be part of the Fred Beans family now!

She also took the time to get me extra acquainted with my 22 Tucson Limited, walking me through all the technology involved. From Salesman (Nick) who is exceptionally knowledgeable about their cars and current inventory, to Sales Manager (Mike) and, Finance Manager (Mark) we had a great experience. Very competitive price, no hassle and no pressure. Worked with me where they could , straight up about where they could not and did right by us. Just got a 2022 Palisade. It was a great experience. My car was taking quite awhile to come in thanks to the environment we are in right now with supply chains and all. I live in NYC and was looking for a 2022 Hyundai Elantra SEL. I had no luck because of low inventories, or because dealers wanted thousands over MSRP. I decided to look out of state and cold called Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorne. To my surprise they had exactly what I wanted at a price I was happy to pay, and the car would be delivered to their showroom in 3 weeks. I simply gave a $500 deposit and the car was mine. When I got there 3 weeks later to pick it up I was met by Daiquan Ashley who walk me through everything about the functions of the car and organized all my paperwork to then pass on to finance. Everything was going super smooth Daiquan made things so easy. I had recently moved and my address on my licence was different then my mailing address. This caused a major problem that I was unable to solve with the NYS DMV in a timely manner, which meant I would not be able to leave with the car that day . Daiquan and Jonathan Lloyd one of the business managers jump in to help, after many hours and phone calls they came up with a solution that enabled me to drive away that day. The team at Fred Beans went way beyond the call of duty to help me out. I know this is a long review but Daiquan Ashley, Jonathan Lloyd and David Campbell all had my back there from the first cold call about the car until the day I drove away. They raised the bar for customer service I'm a total Fred Beans fan now.. I also love my 2022 Elantra

Even with limited vehicle availability and supply chain issues, Fred Beans worked very hard to put us into the right vehicle at the right price! I had such a great experience here. I traded in my beat up 15 year old car for a 2022 Hyundai Kona. The salesman, Mark Rizzo really took his time to make sure I found what I truly liked.
