I will never shop with Pandora again, after years of purchases and collecting charms. The return policy is awful; they will not work with you at all after 30 days. I didn't even want money back, I just wanted to exchange an item I have a duplicate of and make some other purchases. Read: spend MORE money with them! The sales associates in OV are incredibly rude and unhelpful, but a call to customer service proved just as bad. I work in retail, and I cannot imagine not accommodating a customer, especially when they were planning to spend more money in my store.
