I went to Kay Jewelers and spoke with Chelsea. She is a certified diamontologist and knows all about black onyx. She was essential in helping find the perfect Christmas gift of a LeVian Amethyst necklace and Emerald earrings. Will be back to get more pearls to add to my collection.

As a person who doesn't know anything of rings I relied on what the consultants had to say. Two of their consultants allowed me to purchase a ring that's a whole ring size above my actual ring size and misinformed my purchase decision through fluttery words like "It fits perfectly" or "It's a match!" Couple weeks later, when I came back to the store to pickup my ring after I had it engraved and found out my ring size was incorrect, they had the audacity to insist me to purchase their insurance program without fixing it. The ring I bought was a size 11 but I later had it resized at Henderson & Co Jewelers. Don't waste your money here. They're losing market share to Etsy, so they are desperate to sell goods no matter at what. Get a ring through Etsy where rings are at better values or a local jewelry store, Henderson & CO Jewelers. You lost all of my business as well as people that I know. Hope I was able to provide better guidance for those seeking to purchase a ring.

Chelsea & the rest of the staff are super helpful, super friendly & I cannot recommend this Kay Jewelers highly enough. Chelsea absolutely went above & beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. I left the store even more excited than when I went in. Will definitely be going back for more jewelry & amazing service.

Necklace broke after just 2 wears and after doing research it was overpriced to begin with. Returned it and was told since we paid cash they have to send us a check because they keep no cash on hand. Never would have purchased from them or used cash had we been told this from the get go. Poor customer service and poor quality items

Ashley, their assistant manager, corrected a mistake that was not her mistake (ordered a ring online and did not receive correct ring). She could not have gone above and beyond anymore than she did. I will give them my business from here on out.

Saw the female employee smoking on the sidewalk, which is completely within her rights. Then got to see her flick her cigarette butt out into the street which is not only illegal, it is just plain rude and lazy. Care about the environment much? Watch your employees Kay.

These guys have went up and above for me... Sheba and Sedeed are awsome to work with, and just care so dang much. They worked with me and my budget and got me and my fiance the ring of our dreams... for a killer deal! Would NOT buy from anywhere else.

Not impressed. Her name was too unique/foreign for me to remember it and she didn't have a name tag. Signed us up for a financing account without telling us that was what she was doing. Now we have to call to cancel it. Then she tried charging us the full price for an item that was on sale. Kept trying to sell us jewelry after we politely said multiple times we were not interested in anything else beyond what we came for. I've gotten things from Kay before with a much more positive experience than what we had today.
