Rating is based on just one of the stylists. Went there the other day and ended up with a hack job. Don’t even know what is going on with my hair. First it was supposed be be Middle of my neck, a bob (shorter in the back and gradually get long). And second, everything was so uneven. Went to another salon and had it fixed. Unfortunately, the only way to fix it, was to do a Karen haircut.

I wanted to try out a new hairstyle and only really needed a trim for it to work. Before I could even say something and without asking the barber got out a razer and just started cutting the right side of my hair. My mom came and asked if that was what I wanted but the barber just said "I thought we were doing what was on the notes," (last time those were updated was when I was there 1 year ago) and I thought "well its my old hairstyle" and told her to try not to take off much off my bangs. Lo' and behold she ended up taking off an inch of my bangs...wonderful. And just to add on to the mountain of problems with this haircut, she couldn't even get the back trim straight! All and all it was a terrible experience and if anyone is planning on coming to this "Great" clips I would suggest watching and making sure the barber about to do your hair does a good one on the person before you. Went here for a trim, just a few inches cut off, nothing extra or difficult at all. This is by far the worst haircut I’ve gotten, she cut over 2 inches shorter than I asked for many times, and it wasn’t even straight in the back. When we first entered we also could hear the 2 stylists making fun of the other customers, we were not greeted at all, and the only thing the stylist asked was the length (which she butchered very bad anyway). Overall, not a welcoming environment at all, nor was the price (which was low anyway) worth the quality of the cut at all. Service: Haircut

Very well trained professional, been going to Great clips since I moved to Carlisle. They have plenty of deals going around throughout the year, so price is always economical with a decent quality haircut. Highly recommended.

I came in for a basic haircut -- really just a trim. When the stylist began using a cutting tool I was not familiar with on a part of my hair that I did not want cut, I asked her what it was and what was being cut. She became very defensive and did not explain what was being cut. She said it was a "magic tool" that would thin out bulk without cutting short pieces. I did not want and did not ask to thin out my hair. She refused to share more information. I still don't know what she was doing, so I'll probably have to waste a bunch of time on the phone with customer service to try and get more information. Add to this her terrible attitude, and my experience here left me feeling negative and extremely uncomfortable. I'm generally a good tipper, but she got no tip and I won't be back. I didn't think it was possible for a haircut place to mess up a simple trim -- until now. Service: Haircut

I went in yesterday to get my hair cut. I asked for 6 inches off. The stylist was so nice however once I got home I took notice that she put layers in my hair. Which I did not ask for. Not only did she put layers in my hair, she also put the layers on the underside of my hair leaving the outer layer long enough to hide the layers. And then I noticed the left side of my hair is about 2 inches longer than the right!! How does that happen?? I am so upset and I don't even know what to do now.

My friend and I went to get a haircut. We both got Joshua. This was the most horrible haircut we both have gotten. He completely messed our hair up. We told him what to do exactly but he still messed up. He messed up my entire hairline and was so choppy the entire time. He even cut part of my beard off too from one side. He clearly just wanted to get it over with. My friend is basically almost bald when he requested a fade. And when my friend confronted him, he said he did what was told but that’s not true. He was extremely rude to a customer as well, telling her the store follows his rules not the store rules. I don’t think we will be going back.

Very clean. It appeared very covid safe the way it's set up. Their app makes it so easy to know when it's your turn to go in so you can wait in the car if you like, which I did. Was greated immediately upon entering. Jonathan cut my hair quickly and did an awesome job. It was my first time there and I will definitely go back.
