Beyond frustrated, I have ordered several packages within the last couple months and EVERY SINGLE TIME our mail carrier has "forgot" to leave the package with the mail so I end up having to wait until the next day. Or in some cases such as today, it was scheduled to be delivered on a Saturday so now I will have to wait until Monday. I didn't complain much during the holidays as I know they are extremely busy and have a lot of parcels to deliver, but the holidays are over so what's the excuse now?

I work near the post office and I see daily how hard they work! They are always striving to provide the best service possible. The mail carriers and desk staff are *usually friendly and personable- despite being overworked or overburdened. Maybe they’re not perfect all the time, but most of the time they do an excellent job!

I had a package accidentally delivered to my old Viroqua address and these wonderful people found it, and manually redirected it to my new address! They were very helpful and responsive. I am very thankful for their efforts, time, and support.

Awful & rude people delivering mail. If I had an option I would give them 0 stars, unfortunately it's not an option!! I was supposed to have a packaged delivered to the house. Had our dogs outside tied up on tie-outs (so they could not get loose). The guy delivering the mail did not walk up the driveway, okay fine down by the end of the Street starting to come up the hill to the house. I took our puppy outside to got potty (not knowing the mail was out being delivered). The mail guy seen the puppy which is only 4 MONTHS OLD, stuck his nose in the air, stuck the package back in his bag and walked away. HE SEEN ME, I SEEN HIM, HE SAID NOTHING. WHY WORK for a place of employment if you HATE DOGS!!!! ESPECIALLY if they are tied up and can't do any harm to you!!!!! 😡😡 The office hours to try and contact them are no better. Only open 2 hours on Saturday!! Westby north side doesn't get mail unit after the lobby is closed!! After 12:00!! This is the second (2nd) time the post office has not delivered a package. Yet turned around and emailed the place the package was coming from and said it was delivered...left in mailbox is what the tracking information shows, yet clearly it was not!!

Easy to check on open hours via web (I have arrived @ times to find them closed but consider that a function of Congress critters constantly chipping away @ their budget). Staff always knows who I am (yay small towns!!!) and are always helpful & pleasant to downright friendly. When one considers the volume of mail that passes thru their hands the USPS it is astounding that hiccoughs are vanishingly rare. Couple this w a clientele that varies widely in terms of their own expectations & courtesy (I have witnessed some quite rude behavior on the part of patrons), I think they manage honorably. They are not perfect but who is? And in small towns, other delivery services are often quite limited (& often rely on the USPS for “the last mile”).

Horrible. They are not friendly and unwilling to bend even a little to help or even be polite to their customers. I have had 2 sent packages lost forever, and all 3 (!!!) times when I have tried to mail something to be delivered overnight they have missed the deadline and been late.

I'm very upset with this Post Office because they have lost FOUR packages of ours and are not compensating us a dime for them. I could get over the loss of items (although some are irreplaceable) but the real disappointment comes from how it was all handled. At every step of the way WE have been made to feel like a hassle. The attitude of the Post Office (especially from the woman who "delivered" our lost packages) has been at best indifferent and at worst resentful--as if we're a bother for making an effort to locate our parcels. Mistakes are forgivable but bad costumer service is not the way to handle them. In any other situation we would switch providers/companies but as it's the US Post Office we're stuck with'em.
