Is there a negative star? Worst customer service ever. Confirmed appt by email. Got to the store. Closed! Waited an hour....never opened. Went back to the store a couple hours later. Asked how can you close when you have a confirmed appt? Reply....I am only one person. Will never be a Verizon customer again.

UPDATE: Went to do some account changes and unfortunately couldn't because they are just a retail store. But, we got some awesome deals on new phones and accessories. The customer service was amazing. Even though we didn't accomplish what we went in for, we were very happy when we left. Thanks again! New ownership has made a WORLD of difference! Leah was great!! She acknowledged everyone that walked in (which was only 2 people other than us), offered products but wasn't pushy, and was very pleasant to work with.

Plan on taking the day off with without a appointment. Under staffed and lack of knowledge with new employees with no supervision. We were in 5x before given information needed. Switching phone carriers.

The store manager Erica went above and beyond to help me. I was transferring accounts and I also had an issue with my Apple ID. She was patient and so helpful with the process. I live 2 hours away and stopped at this store while visiting a friend but I would make the 2 hour drive to deal with Erica again. So very grateful for her knowledge and level of professionalism!

Erica was very calm very knowledgeable very helpful. The last two times I've been in your store purchasing a phone for iPad etc It has taken hours to get the paperwork straightened out etc. , Nearly 8 hours for the last time when I bought my pixel. I was pleasantly surprised I was out of there just over an hour.

(Our experience was during the COVID-19 pandemic with adjusted hours and staffing) Erica was the only person working in the store that day yet she managed to make sure that everyone who came to the store had the option of scheduling an appointment to come back or to wait in line in time to be helped that day. Although we waited a little longer than anticipated, she assured us that we would be taking care of no matter what that same day. Typically, the store closes at 6 PM however we ended up wrapping up our transaction of two new phones and a few accessories at a little bit before 8:30 that evening. We were not even the last ones that she helped that day as there was one last customer who had lost her phone. There’s no telling what time Erica finally got to close up and go home to HER family but I know that she certainly went the extra mile to make sure that my wife and I were well taken care of and that the other customers with pressing issues were taken care of as well.
