I only deal with Dyan here. Can't ask for any better service and knowledge! She knows what she's doing! I dont even have to go in. All by phone because I no longer live in the area. I refuse to give up my 5 star service!

Very disappointed and will never go back to this location!!!!!. I Went in with a simple task of removing the Samsung Pass App from my business/personal phone. The young lady was quick to welcome me and ask what she could do for me. After sitting there for 55 minutes and watching the confusion on her face. It was very clear that she did not know what she was doing. To make a short story of it, she performed a master reset of the phone without performing a data back up. All of my contacts, emails, and photos were lost. We have exhausted every attempt with professional data recovery experts. Nothing can be recovered.

Depending on which representative u get this can be a real easy in and out or u can sit w a rep forever who doesnt know how to do anything and doesn't care and doesnt ask for help...shell wait u out...eventually u just leave and go to a different location. Very few accessories on hand, like the screen top ... I was advised to go to a different location to get that done. One of the more difficult us cellular stores I've been to overall.

Ashley M was AWESOME! We did curbside pick up of a new Moto G Power (2021) phone that she picked out for me. She had it all loaded with my contacts when I picked it up. She picked out a perfect phone and case for me with not alot of games, news and other stuff I don't use. Uninstalling them was pretty much a breeze. Did run into a glitch that the phone wouldn't connect to mobil data, and she worked hard for several days to help me get that fixed. Turned out the sim card just needed an update that it got a couple of nights ago, and now the phone works like a dream. Highly recommend Ashley!!

Most cell stores are frustrating. We were able to work with Dyan and she was the most helpful and patient sales person ever. I used to enjoy the dentist more than cell stores but I was able to add a line and get a new phone and felt like I was in and out all questions answered.

Staff managed to delete 7 years worth of photos saying "trust me this works". Two weddings, 3 grandkids, trips and hundreds of sporting events wiped out because she said "trust me, I know what I'm doing"!!!!!

My family has been using US Cellular for many many years as they provide the best connection in our area. We have always loved their customer service. However, we went to the Leffler Street location recently in Dodgeville and it was not a good experience. The girls working there seemed very disinterested in helping us and did not know the information they should have. For example, they would tell us we couldn't do something and then we would point out, "well it says in the brochure here that we can" and they would so "no, you can't". I left extremely frustrated. This being said, I went to the other location in Dodgeville in the Piggly Wiggly and they cleared everything up and were extremely helpful!

My experience was terrible. My Phone has had trouble twice, once had to be sent off and then it took over 2 hours at the Dodgeville location and then it closed so I had to come back the next day for nothing. I paid a bill then (this was less than two weeks). Now they disconnected without notice wanted to reconnect on 8/22/13 . I also overheard that US Cellular has doubled bills without consenting, customers had to go directly had to go to their service center to find out why. This is unacceptable service.
