Can't order in person have to use kiosk. Took 20 minutes to get food. Tables where sticky and we had to clean our table. Drive through seemed to take priority over customers dining in.

I usually buy the fish fillet meal and it's usually pretty good! The last 2 times the fish tasted different so don't know if they are buying a different kind. The workers are friendly and service was fast! I usually use the drive thru.

Service seems to be getting slower at McDonald's and it seems to be across the board at all McDonald's I've gone to. Kind of disappointing since I try to go for a quick stop in drive-thru. The food still seems the same, terribly unhealthy and tasty.

Absolutely terrible service and food. The fries were cold and stale and the burgers tasted like plastic. When I went up to the counter for asked for napkins (BECAUSE they gave me 0 napkins with my order) I was stuck waiting. Worst of all, while I was waiting for someone to help me, another worker LOOKED me in the eye and proceeded to walk away.

The ordering experience is comical and noteworthy. When I was ordering from the kiosk, an employee politely asked if I needed help ordering, and I politely declined. Later, a couple approached and the employee asked them if they needed assistance, to which they agreed. The employee took their order, at the self-serve kiosk, then took payment from them at the register. There was no need for a kiosk for the employee, just show the customer to the register. When I ordered, I mistakenly selected "for here" when for the past year or so, anyone knows it's "to go". Alas, I had to completely start over. The software on the self-serve kiosks is not user-friendly.

We stopped here today about 2 PM on our way home from camping. Customer service was a bit disappointing to say the least. We were told the registers were closed and we had to place our order at the kiosk. As we did so, at least 4 employees milled about chatting, and at least one leaned against the counter holding it up while watching us place our order on the kiosk - the same kid who told us the register was closed. Drink cups were out on the order floor on a low shelf for all to touch before picking up your own cups. Yuck. Straws were empty at the drink station. The shift manager was busy filling drive-thru orders while the others milled about and watched. Food was fine and made correctly.

Poir waited 15 minutes for 2 1/4 pounders a fries .everything was cold and no napkins or straws. Diet coke tasted like dr pepper? Wont stop there Gain

Their ice coffees literally come out white and taste like coffee creamer. Food is usually decent but in the last few months I’ve received the wrong order multiple times. Definitely understaffed and I just feel bad for them.

This McDonald's has been closed for eat-in since the pandemic. You'd think that the inside would be super clean, however that's not the case. It's a filthy mess behind the counter. Food everywhere, melted ice cream on the floor and dirty bathrooms. We were given the wrong happy meal toy on purpose because they were out of what we requested. Normally, this would be no big deal, however they didn't bother to say anything when we ordered. They just assumed we were too dumb to notice. I'd recommend a full change of management at this location. The place is hot garbage.

Was disappointing but I had to place my own order on a computer. I wanted to speak with a cashier and have them take my order instead of me having to do the work. If I am working then I should I got a free item we paid for my services. I am an old man and I cannot work technology well. If you want old people to visit your establishment you should think about having real people take your order.
