Updated after my review 3 years ago! Buckle up, it’s a long review. Here is a new review after my first one 3 years ago because unfortunately this location has declined in service significantly. For one thing, the hours they have been open and closed are ridiculously confusing. One month they are closed every Sunday and then they update their hours where they are open on weekends but only until like 1 or 2 pm?! Come on.. I don’t know about other people, but it has been quite a struggle the last few months ordering turkey sandwiches. I understand that there was the bird flu going around (which is completely understandable why they didn’t have it during that time). BUT one day I see it on the app and then the next day the sandwiches with turkey are completely gone. It was so frustrating but thankfully they have it back in stock now for a while. The hours and turkey shortage weren’t even the cherry on top though. My boyfriend happened to look on the app on a Sunday, (because the hours have been so messed up) and they said they were open. We even went as far to check the actual website for the Amery location and it said open as well. We drove over 20 mins away to get our turkey sandwiches (finally after a long time of not being able to order them online) only to find that after submitting the order (and paying), that the store was closed that day and it was posted on the menu outside. Thankfully the order was eventually cancelled, but the app and the website still said that it was open. My advice is either you open the store on the hours specified, or update the app so people don’t submit orders to a closed restaurant! Overall, there needs to be more consistency with this location. It’s understandable that things happen and yes most places are short staffed. However, this has been a recurring problem at this location for months and they need to update the app to reflect when they are open (or not open), or better yet, be more consistent with their hours altogether.

Excellent! The sammiches are always good (100% of the time) and the delivery is pretty quick. It's so nice having a sandwich place close by that delivers and the delivery fee is not crazy!

I love Jimmy John's. Sandwiches are so good. I also love when they offer a drive thru. So convenient! Parking: Good parking lot. Located at the end of a strip mall. Great spot.

I typically love JJ's. But this last visit, the crew must have shown up late. The bread disn't rise properly and then was under baked. It made for a real flat sandwich. Also they were under staffed and one of the employees was really CRANKY. Anyway, not the best experience.

Had an extremely wonderful experience with the drive thru lady. Super happy and cheerful! She's the one with dark hair and purple ish lipstick the day I saw her. I've had customer service issues in the past but not if they keep her!

I usually stop by to pickup a couple of sandwiches 3 to 4 times a month, but today's (1/31/22) interaction put a stop to that. When I get to the window i hand the female with short dark hair cash for payment. I noticed that she had disposable gloves on which is pretty standard, so she hands my change back. Cool. Then she turns around and goes to the sandwich making line wearing gloves and starts to handle my sandwiches. This is the messed up part. So I asked her if she had changed her gloves before handing my order (because I didn't see her change them) and she INSTANTLY became offended that I even asked. Then offended turn into defensive. I just asked because I didn't see her change her gloves after handling cash. So she rudely says "I changed my gloves!" And then slams the drivethru window shut and walks away. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but she shouldn't be rude to the customers.

Better than subway on my opinion. I ordered a sub today, but still waiting 45 minutes for it. I ordered it on the app, told me that you guys were closed. Googled you guys and said you guys were open. Love giving you guys the business. But losing interest in playing my order with you guys.

I understand every business is short handed, we literally waited for our for 30 mins. Our order was normal subs off the menu, no changes made. There was only 1 other car in line behind us.

One of 2 places in town that won't allow you in. Drive thru doesn't work at all for some of us. Great job of saving on labor costs and blaming it on Covid. I would be happy to eat outside this time of year, at least let me order inside, trucks don't fit at the window!!
