I have been shopping at this store for over 20 years. This current rating is not for the years but a single experience I had here today. In short I honestly felt like bait to one sales woman. I was there with my sister and had plans to buy a ring for her for a nice day out but also just wanted to quietly browse (I wasn’t sure if I wanted to impulse buy something). This one sales woman followed us around the store, kept aggressively accusing us that we were looking for something in particular, and also seemed to tell her colleagues to stay away from us that we were her sale. This is not the experience I expected. My sister and I left feeling somewhat gross and disappointed that we weren’t able to have a relaxing shopping experience because a woman was desperate to make a sale.

Miranda was a joy to work with, and the whole staff made for a wonderful shopping experience! I knew essentially what I wanted, and Miranda made it super easy to look between options and pick the best one! I was in and out in 15 minutes, and absolutely love the ring I picked!

Not impressed. My husband got me a ring for our anniversary. I was hesitating between 2 rings each at about 2k. Sales associate was rushing me after talking to him and trying the rings for maybe 15 min. He was like : ok so which one ?! I felt like he was trying to say come on hurry the time I was there! I'm not asking for a red carpet and I usually don't leave bad reviews and complain but this was awkward. I felt like I was bothering him. The ring is beautiful though !

When I arrived to the store. I was not greeted by a single employee. I waited around for 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. I walked into the customer service room where, Jerrin J took care of me. This young man went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. He was extremely helpful and polite. I can’t begin to explain how this young man turned a terrible experience into a wonderful one. 5 stars for him. 0 for the rest of the staff.

Edited to add: Tiffany's responds to Google reviews and tells you to contact them, but then never actually answers to your email. Classy. I have to say I'm disappointed in how we were treated at Tiffany & Co. We went in to exchange a diamond necklace my husband had bought me for Valentine's day and I knew exactly what items I wanted to buy instead. When I told the sales associate what I was looking for, she pointed out that my husband had bought me a necklace in platinum and I said I didn't mind buying silver instead. As we went through the store to look at the items I wanted, she made a point to say that sterling silver items aren't even put on display. At one point, I was handed earrings with backs that were damaged and I had to point that out to the sales associate. The most awkward part was when we were trying to check out and the sales associate wanted to go grab a cleaning cloth from the back (which I didn't ask for but apparently ended up paying for), but apparently she was reluctant to leave our three items on the counter while she was away. She made a big show of asking another associate to watch the items while she stepped away and in the end, she just picked up all three items and moved them out of our reach. Pretty insulting and degrading. It would have been easier to simply ask another associate to go get the unwanted cloth on her behalf. Tiffany's needs to learn how to treat customers with respect and stop being so snobby. Even though I have many pieces from the Elsa Peretti collection, I'm not sure I want to shop at Tiffany's much more after this experience.

Love how I was able to complete my purchase within 15 mins since I walked in. Staff quickly acknowledge customer and waste no time to address what customer need. It is a spacious store and even though it looks busy, I don’t feel overwhelmed. Easy parking. Tyson Corner isnt my favorite area but I see myself going to the store rather than doing online purchase in the future.

I love to shop here. They offer you water while doing the shopping. Well organized and clean store. Associates are nice and friendly. I love how they do the packaging. Classy, presentable and lovely.

Today, my partner and I were blown away by the customer service Zafar K. provided. We were in search of a particular item with a unique situation, and she literally went above and beyond to work out a solution. Zafar even took the time to stay with us at customer service while we waited on the item to be shipped. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for someone patient and knowledgeable about Tiffany’s products. As for this particular location I have always had amazing customer service Tiffany & Co is known for.

Kevin was very helpful in finding the perfect ring to propose to my girlfriend with within my budget. After I proposed the ring was a bit too large so we took it in to be resized and the turnaround time to get the ring back was very quick. The diamond is absolutely gorgeous and is exactly what you’d expect from Tiffany.

First time back since the pandemic, and such a wonderful experience. A friend picked up this necklace and I purchased a bracelet. Stop in and see them, the team there is excellent. Ms. Enily Wheeler helped us and gave her card, made wonderful recommendations on items and I'll definitely be back to see her on my next visit.
