Today shopping experience wasn't good they put sale on layers chips like $1.29 each i buy one they charge me more than$3.some cents i questioned the chaseir but she says that when you buy more than one than sale price will apply i said there was not is no such condition written on tag.This i feel not good 😐

I bought a 6 piece harlow dining set and had an issue with the bench. I reached out to the Store Manager who was extremely rude and didn't try to understand my issue. Not good customer service

Bought a big comfortable couch here. Wasn't shopping for one. But looked nice. It was the right color and it was comfortable. Mine needed replaced. Big Lots made it easy. Bought it and a hat! Took care of both ends!

I like their store for the variety of household items and necessities. They have cute planters and plant stands. I got couple of pots from them, on discount for my plants. They also offer online orders and delivery.

With the new face-lift of the store it really looks very nice and shopping is more comfortable as it is more spacious.

Be VERY careful at this Big Lots. When I got home several things were missing from my order and when I immediately called back to ask about the missing objects the useless person who answered the phone checked and said nothing was there and there was nothing she could do. I guess I just bought "gifts" for some associate. I will never go back to this store of thieves. Hopefully the Germantown store has honest employees.

A great store, nice and clean. Usually has a good selection of decor, especially seasonal, kitchen stuff, some food, cleaning supplies and toiletries. A furniture there is nice, and you can test it out since it's already assembled and presented as in a showroom. They do get low and out of stock on some items, so if you see something there you need, it's probably best to pick it up right away
