I went to this location for the first time Sunday Aug 14th the start of the no tax week. Well they charged me tax spoke to customer service they were no help spoke to manager and all claimed they knew nothing about it. The manager claimed he was going to check it out and never came back so dont go to this one on Sinclair if you expect to not pay taxes and never got money back he is a sorry excuse for a leader

This is one of the worst Rose's store I have been to. They sell good items but the customer service is less than 0. Cashiers stone items in bags and have no common courtesy. I have been in several situations at this location since am a no nonsense person. So I decided not to go in that ghetto store again. Save your money and time.

I love Roses Discount Store. I thought I would miss K-Mart, but Roses is so much better. They carry everything for inside and outdoors for your home. The prices are excellent and the quality is good.

Everything is nice but the staff only has two lines open and it be about thirty people in each line I didn’t like that the cashier movement was so slow .I felt like I was watching a slow movie waiting for someone to push the fast forward button. Another thing that makes it very hard there , is that the carts can’t come outside to the car and if you are handicapped u can’t carry all your bags to the car with out being tired and out of breathe or from having back pains So I try not to go there just go to Walmart Bec this store don’t have the motor handicap scooter So sad they don’t care about the handicap shoppers !

I frequent this store ATLEAST 4 times a week! I LOVE ROSES.Shout out to the sales floor employee, ANNETTE! I can tell she's the 💙 of this store! Great worker.

The employees made me feel awful about my disability & made me cry. They were rude & very judgmental; including the manager. I will never go to this store again.

The two times I visited this store, I was impressed with the level of customer service. The associates asked me if I needed help finding something, offered me a cart, and were quick to answer my questions about prices. The store itself was clean. (the dressing room could use a little sweep, though). And the prices are unbeatable from what I can see. Also the employees were all working, doing their jobs.

Roses is A nice store. However, the Roses on Sinclair lane need to be a little more welcoming and honest with the disabled customers. Yes I'm disabled and because it's a very large store; have to ask for the disabled mobile cart. The women looked me up & down as she rolled her eyes and said, we don't have a cart... It's broke. So I ask do they have a fold up chair I can use, so I can shop? She looked at me with a evil star, as though I was getting on her nerves and said "what you need just one chair"? I had to explain to her, that I cannot stand very long and if I want to shop, I need a chair or I can't shop in here at all. she made me wait 15 minutes, then they decided to bring out the disabled mobile cart. They told me that it will die fast, so I need to hurry up and use it, but the court was fully charged and it didn't look like it was broke to me.

I enjoyed this location. It is neat and clean, the items match the prices on the shelves and the selection is wide. It is definitely a place to check out first, before you go spend alot somewhere else, you may snag a deal here. Everyone was polite.

The store was neat and clean. I had no problem finding what I wanted. The staff moved rapidly and kept the lines moving. I have visited the store about three times and I have no complaints. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. I was pleased to see them open!!!
