Very unorganized!!!! I booked for a cargo van 2 days in advance for them to tell me it’s not available when I arrive and tried to give me a 16 foot truck🤦🏽♀️The workers all have different stories on available and they all says they’re the manager when asking to speak with a manager and it’s quite annoying when your already have to deal with moving!! I’m going to uhaul where it’s stree free✌🏾

This morning I stoped here for a blown out tire. The tech replaced my tire in a timely manner however the tech could not figure out how to align the inflation system properly. Instead of rotating the tire to line up he decided to open the hub to make the misaligned tires work. When reassembling the hub he snapped off a bolt now my hub is leaking and I will have to go get further maintenance.

THEIVES AND CROOKS! 4 months after I returned the rental they suddenly take $62 from me. No call, no email, NO notification, NO explanation! They just TOOK money from my account. - BEWARE! - Don't rent from Penske, period! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

One of the best and my favorite Penske service location in the US. Techs are very experienced, polite and they work very fast. Matthew, Gerad (service managers), Andrew (Roadside service) and others are very professional. I am totally satisfied and I am happy that my company is located near to this Penske location. I would recommend to come to service of your trucks to this location than to go to Jessup Penske location. Also rental department Mike is very good person. So Penske Wicomico, MD location is the best 👍.

So I have a habit of only reviewing places that I had a drastic problem with but I’m changing it up today because of the amazing experience I’ve had with Penske so far. I always went to UHAUL every time I moved mainly because that’s the company I was familiar with; but this time I’m moving much farther away and noticed how much cheaper Penske was so I went with them this time. And let me tell you not only was it cheaper. When they didn’t have the right truck they had already sent for the correct one before I got there and and it was there quickly. The truck is new with less than 5,000 miles on in with a back up camera. They had my trailer ready to go for when I’m done loading up and will connect it for me. And a big shout out to Michael Elbert (he’s the one who inspected the truck and I believe he’s the same one who helped us) very friendly, professional, and on top of everything! I could list all of the terrible experiences I’ve had with uhaul but I’m just going to go with writing about the good experience with Penske! Thank you so Much for making our scary move much better! Truly appreciate it! I will never use UHAUL again!!
