Very unprofessional people work here. They did PM service on my rental ryder’s truck 2019 freightliner and some bolts were not even tightened oil level was in min after 2 hours of not working engine and none of the filters were changed. Immediately I went inside and complained but they only add some oil. But MPG of my vehicle went down after changing an oil. I don’t know what kind of oil they are using. Probably mineral cheap oil. Don’t come to this location if you don’t want to kill your truck. I would give them 0.00000 star if I could.

"Do not take your work service truck to this location " 201 North Point Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21224 My husband truck was broken into this gated facility and NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHO DID IT OR WHY. Pretty sad ... The only reason why I gave them 1 star is because it will not let me submit with hitting a star so -0 is the number of stars that I would like to give them .
