If I could give zero stars, I would. I Stopped at this Goodwill Store today to give a donation of a box of books. It’s my first time here. I did not know that donations were only certain days. The signage is not visible as you drive into the lot. As I pulled up there was a young guy retrieving his items from the back of his car. He walked up to the opened donation door and his items were taken. As I proceeded to the donation door a young girl and older guy came out and said no donations today. I said but you just excepted a donation. They said, “we did not”. I asked the guy as he was coming back to his car and he said, “I’m not getting involved”. So what does that tell you?? That’s bad business! I took my donation down the road to Savers.

Always shop here bran new items from the company never used from over stock also donate my things bran new items I don't have use of anymore. Waste not won't not 🙏

I love the team at the Joppa Road store - they're friendly and doing a great job merchandising the store. I can always find something to bring home and don't hesitate to add a donation to my tab. Goodwill is a very worthy cause - kudos to all!

Seemed pretty organized! A lot of clothing for the family! And a few other Nick nacks in the back if the store! Small about of dishes and cooking items. With other items for the house also! It's worth a stop by never know what you'll find!

The store is small and so is the selection. The staff is great and very helpful. It can be a little disorganized on the shelves, so be prepared to dig. Prices can be a little high, but not as bad as other goodwills in the area. Updated: The items in this store probably haven't changed since my last review. Any quality items go directly to the Goodwill auction website and never make it to the floor for customers to buy. It is basically the same junk there every time I go. Staff is still great though. Everyone is very nice.

It was good but the idea of treat our veterans the way you do is unforgivable. They served this country and should be allowed some kind of discount or a day of recognition. This needs to be put before the board.

The group there is always nice, courteous and helpful. Also, they give Seniors, Active Duty Military and Veterans a 30% discount on all purchases every day, seven days a week! How awesome is that!
