Dr ordered a Z-pack for me, 6 pills. When I got home and opened the box there were only 5 pills. The box was clearly opened before. Not sure if they are distributing returned prescriptions or if someone is stealing the meds a little at a time. I returned when I noticed the issue, but the pharmacy was closed. I asked the retail manager on duty to take my complaint for my documentation but she told me there’s nothing she can do and to come back in the morning. Frustrating and unreliable. Now I can’t even take my meds when I need to. Never again.👎🏾

Got my meds and refills incorrect multiple times. Transferred to Amazon instead. The employees are clearly overworked and underpaid. 1+ Hour typical wait at driven through.

No wonder why the save such a low rating. This was my second time waiting in the drive thru The first time for COVID testing it was ridiculous and today, worse. Despite the rain I decided to drive around and enter the store, they were laughing, no line inside, one was eating. It took me 5 minutes to get my prescription inside. Over an hour waiting on the drive

I had a grande mal seizure because they refused to get me my seizure medications on time. We asked on Friday, they said Monday. We asked on Monday, they said Tuesday. Monday is when the seizure occurred. On Tuesday, they claimed the seizure medications were not ready after I had had auras all day and had spent most of the previous night in the Emergency Room. I could have died due to their negligence.

I wish I could get them zero star horrible service , Very rude stuff. All the time one lady just talk to other Colleg and does not work at all horrible horrible horrible She doesn't care about the customer at all and is talking to his friends all the time. I waited 45 minutes for just one medicine and had to leave and come back an hour later, awful

best cvs store in the area, the team is great, ask about Ms. Hala, she is very profesional, welcoming and helpful, excellent customer service! she speaks arabic as well.

Every single time I come to this pharmacy I wait at-least an hour to get my medications! Whether I go through the drive thru or inside! This is horrible. They either need a better system or more employees inside to handle the capacity.

We had an appointment for Covid testing and have been standing in the line for over one hour. Absolutely non sense! I have always observed their staff to be slow but didn’t really care until today. Once at the counter, it took them ten minutes again to ask about my insurance name and dob. What was the point of filling up the form in advance? Pathetic pathetic service. No regards for customers time. After giving me the kit, she went away to do her tasks. At the end, didn’t even come to me. Just kept pointing her fingers in the mid air and I had no idea where to return my test. Unbelievable

By far the worst CVS location The Most clueless emplyees work in this pharmacy. They don't have the basic knowledge of how the covid 19 test works .

Good location and open 24 hours and on the main location are the best things for this pharmacy. I have been here for several times for purchasing medicine for my family. Staffs are quite and friendly. We always get our prescriptions from there. Last time there was a small confusion which makes it longer to get the prescription. Otherwise this is my best pharmacy for Tyson’s area. I will recommend this place.
