This store is alredy having 1.9 rate. But could be worse. Every time when I came in here to make a business gentleman by name ADEM is approaching me and bother me because my dog. His explanations are :”To many people with dog now in store”. “your dog need to wait outside”, “I am alergic at dogs” 😂 Look I found first his comments funny, because I tried to explain him my dog is emotional support animal and that’s all he saying is actually non of mine problems🤷♂️ I am pretty sure they are pet friendly store because I been a lot of times there and he is only person bother me about my dog. I am also sure someone need to explain him what is ESA and what he is doing is against law. I left a store 12.10am today without buying anything because he was unfriendly to me and I got offended every time to go there to be stop by him and questioned about my dog.

Worst service all the time noone comes to the window and 6 hours wait to fill up a simple already ready liquid medicine like we are absolutely obligated to use them. There is so many other pharmacies anywhere

This CVS is by far the worst!!! They never answer the phones, when I need to pick up my prescription.. even when its called in ahead its never ready! The issues are always on their end. I had my insurance to call and the wait time is still 60 mins or more. They just dont care about their clients. I was in the store when the phone just rang of the hook and not one of the two guys picked up picked the phone up I can only imagine how upset the person was knowing their is someone on the other end that's not answering the phone. MANAGEMENT NEED TO BE FIRED!!

The pharmacy never answers the phone. I've waited on hold for over 60 minutes multiple times. The CVS on Kenmore isn't 24 hours but they are responsive, friendly, and usually have medications in stock.

This place is TERRIBLE. Extremely poorly managed. Avoid at all costs. We waited for 30 minutes for a vaccine appointment and nobody bothered to tell us that it wouldn’t be possible to honor our appointment. Complete waste of time. Will never set foot in this CVS ever again.

They pick up the phone, and do not say hold or anything and just put you back on hold. It's ridiculous. Some people can't get to the store and need to speak with someone. We event tried at 12:30 and they just never answer the phone.

I like this location. It’s convenient and 24 hours. Been going for years. Not the most tidy CVS, but they usually have what I need. Went for a covid booster this week and the tech was really friendly and I was seen on time.

The pharmacy at this CVS was often short staffed before the pandemic. Now it's quite often short staffed, particularly in the morning and on weekends. If they're short staffed they will sometimes close the pharmacy drive thru window, forcing customers to park and enter the store to drop off/pick up prescriptions. Recently, they started closing the pharmacy for lunch between 1:30-2:30 pm daily. I've also found that the time you'll have to wait before your prescription is filled is longer than their estimate, and they've even had problems keeping my ADHD medication in stock. Lastly, if you have to phone this CVS pharmacy, be prepared for at least a 30 minute wait before your call is answered by a pharmacy technician regardless of the day/time you call. If you don't really need or care about pharmacy drive thru access, I'd go elsewhere.

I sent my Husband to pick up prescription but requested another purchase and armed him with pictures of product. He couldn't find it and when he finally found someone to ask, they sent him down the wrong isle. He was annoyed so bought something completely wrong. I will be returning purchase Saturday and give employees a tour of their store.

This is the worst CVS I’ve been to ever. My mom spent $500 on a gift card and it wasn’t working. After we went back we asked for a new gift card or even a refund and they refused. Even if they couldn’t give it back they could’ve at least talked to the bank so they could hear both sides of the story but they were too stubborn to even talk to them. Even the person from the bank said that they should give us a new gift card but she just wouldn’t listen and completely ignored us. We will not be coming back to this CVS.
