I received a flu shot at this cvs (E Monroe) 3 weeks ago and my shoulder/back/ neck are still in pain. The person who administered the shot gave it way too high up in my arm. I’ve reported this to the CDC and would not recommend you go here for your shots.

I have to agree with most of the reviewers, that CVS pharmacy in this location has the rudest service. I do hope there’s a necessary action taken to improve it. I came with a question about self-test COVID test, and was sent back and forth to different windows and none of them are polite. The woman with white robe even just pointed to another window without saying anything as if I should understand what that meant! And the man behind the counter was saying something unpleasant about my question. As a non-English speaking customer, I found this very offensive.

Minute Clinic, what a joke. Ask them if they take your insurance on the spot and don't have anything done until they confirm. The providers don't take time to explain what is covered even if you are "in network". Just go to your primary care physician. It's worth the wait. I would wait any amount of minutes rather than deal with the "Minute Clinic" again. Also, it's very slow even with no one ahead of you. Otherwise, it's a CVS, what do you expect?

This location has the rudest pharmacy personnel who answered the phone. She may have had a bad day today but for sure she wasn't nice. When all I wanted was to transfer a prescription.

I will never place a pick up order with CVS again. It was supposed to be ready yesterday but they never sent me an email so I called the store per the email and the lady that picked up the phone just kept saying that it wasn’t on her list. I got charged for it so I’d like to get my order and I didn’t care whether it was on her list because I had an email order confirmation. There was also a language barrier. She transferred me to pharmacy because she apparently didn’t want to deal with it and there was a language barrier there as well.

The minute clinic in this place is the worst healthcare facility in the planet! Tom and Lindsey had awful attitude and were really shady and untrustworthy. These people do not belong in healthcare at all! We went in for a physical for my kid and they were not only condescending and rude but were shady and attempted to give my kid a vaccine without performing any tests to see if it was needed. We left this place horrified! and feeling like we had just went through a horror film like experience! Never use this place! Do yourself a favor and go someplace else! The pharmacy may be a different experience but these people were down right scary!

I learned today that CVS will start closing the pharmacy so the pharmacist can have a lunch break?! Never in my 65 years have I known a pharmacist not to be available at all times. Who does this? When I complained Raquel laughed at me- out loud! And as I was walking away she spoke something in Spanish. I’m sure it wasn’t complimentary.

I made an Covid booster appointment online advance, I went there 10 minutes before my schedule time. But All chaotic in CVS, no sign to say where to check in. And I went to the CVS pharmacy pick up line, then they pushed me to Minutes Clinic, after I went to minutes clinic, then a store lady said go back to pharmacy Drop off. There is no sign of where to wait where to sit even though I have made appointment and checked in by myself. The store just need additional management on putting up clear signs will be helpful for customers and save everyone's time. BesAlso, the store staff are very nice and helpful usually. This review is only for this booster incident.

I have always had VERY good experiences with this CVS, a small store with large pharmacy results. The pharmacists and staff are very good, working as quickly as possible. I think they must have a huge clientele as sometimes there's a line of several people checking in prescriptions, even with two people doing the intake. But it never seems to take long to be seen, though if the people ahead of me are, um, challenging, well, it's not CVS's fault if they have to working a long time with such people. They do their best to be helpful. Oftentimes it's the insurance companies or a wait for a doctor to return a call that's the issue, not CVS's. Today was the first time that they didn't have what I needed. I found out that if I knew I'd be coming in for something I would need when I showed up, I could call them a few days early, and they'd plan for my requirements. Seems fair. With thousands of drugs prescribed, is it any wonder that they can always have what I need, especially the ones that are stored in the safe? Their phone seems not to be working today, but again, I'm sure it's the phone company at fault, not CVS's. All-in-all, I'll keep using this CVS, a small town in a small town neighborhood that's only two miles from home. Even though a Walgreen's open up close by, and there's Giant and Harris Teeter, too, I'd rather not be tempted to food shop when all I need is medicine! A great big shout-out to Cathy -- she's bubbly and efficient, as are others behind the counter. There's not a grump among them, and they have to deal with ALL types of personalities. Good job, CVS #1410! Hope they never move away.

I've been going to this CVS for about 6 months now and love the Pharmacy. The staff is so quick and courteous and answer all my questions. There is often a line when I go to the Pharmacy but it moves fast. After trying another pharmacy this year where I shop more frequently, I had to come back to this one where I get the best service. The front store cashiers are also very nice, and go out of their way to greet you. Great job!
