7-Eleven

The old Indain lady is very rude and disrespectful. She was fighting orally/verbally attacking customer, the customer was calm. Wow I was shocked to her behavior. If I had time I would stop at another 7/11 down the road. I will never come back to this location even though it’s very next to where I work. I will drive a couple more minutes somewhere we/customers get respect. ~Omid

7-Eleven

Very poor attitude from cashiers (owners?). Multiple times I've waited in line while they ignore the customers, knowing that there is a line. Not friendly at all. Also, I just paid for my coffee without being rung up in the register. Very shady place... New donuts kept on the dirty floor! Worst 7/11 within 100 miles. ~Jim

7-Eleven

I stopped in the 7- 11 yesterday for a slurpee. The flavor I wanted (coke) was not working. No slurpee for my wife. I tried. I got a medium coffee. At the register I showed my 7-11 app and was shocked when the bill was $2.22. I asked if this was a mistake and got no response from the employee. I live in the real world but I didn't see any sign for an increase. Coffee is a very popular drink so I wouldn't think it would be a large increase. I guess if it was a large or extra large selection I wouldn't mention it. This was not a good visit with the slurpee selection I wanted not working and expensive coffee from 7-11. ~Dean

Walgreens

Bottom Line Up Front: Potentially messed up daughter's prescription resulting in her receiving higher than prescribed dose. Pharmacist was not concerned with my child's well-being, only deflecting blame. My daughters antibiotic (suspension) ran out early. Called pharmacy to see what was going on, they insinuated I was giving too high of a dose. I am certain I was giving prescribed dose but acknowledge it's a he said/she said scenario. I asked if, hypothetically, they didn't fill properly (did not add enough water, therefore resulting in running out early AND my daughter receiving a dose with a higher concentration than prescribed), what is the severity with the particular medication factoring how many doses we were short. She refused to answer, even with me providing height/weight to aid her calculations. I tried asking the same question several times, in different ways...and she just kept saying "it was filled as prescribed", "the doctor determines the dosing", and "we can't provide more without your doctor refilling prescription". I ended up having to google and call the doctor. Not going back... Oh, and the medication was suspiciously dense/viscous btw, which further fuels my concerns. ~Anon

7-Eleven

I had a really great experience at this 7 Eleven in November. My daughter and I were up super early (5:45 on Election Day) and stopped by this 7 Eleven to get coffee and donuts. At the time, we were not aware that they were not open 24 hours due to COVID, and we arrive 15 minutes before the store opened. We were pleasantly surprised when the staff turned on the lights and opened the store for us early rather than turn us away. We had a great chat, and the staff could not have been more pleasant. I'm writing this review 4 months later because it really made a great impression on me. Great store! Great staff! ~Patrick

CVS

The pharmacy at this CVS was often short staffed before the pandemic. Now it's quite often short staffed, particularly in the morning and on weekends. If they're short staffed they will sometimes close the pharmacy drive thru window, forcing customers to park and enter the store to drop off/pick up prescriptions. Recently, they started closing the pharmacy for lunch between 1:30-2:30 pm daily. I've also found that the time you'll have to wait before your prescription is filled is longer than their estimate, and they've even had problems keeping my ADHD medication in stock. Lastly, if you have to phone this CVS pharmacy, be prepared for at least a 30 minute wait before your call is answered by a pharmacy technician regardless of the day/time you call. If you don't really need or care about pharmacy drive thru access, I'd go elsewhere. ~Chris

Walgreens

If you go here to get a flu shot or something similar, be prepared to wait a very long time, even if you have an appointment. When I showed up for mine, there were other people lined up for earlier appointments. When I got my covid shot from the county, it took 30 minutes, including the 15 minute wait after the shot. Walgreens took 90 minutes for my flu shot. The staff was pleasant enough, but their vax procedure seems totally inefficient. ~Dave

CVS

I have to agree with most of the reviewers, that CVS pharmacy in this location has the rudest service. I do hope there’s a necessary action taken to improve it. I came with a question about self-test COVID test, and was sent back and forth to different windows and none of them are polite. The woman with white robe even just pointed to another window without saying anything as if I should understand what that meant! And the man behind the counter was saying something unpleasant about my question. As a non-English speaking customer, I found this very offensive. ~Desy
