Absolutely awful customer service. Came in to refill my propane tank, cashier behind counter didn’t even let me walk in, just waved his hand at me to leave. When I asked if he is out of propane he snapped, yes. What in the world is going on here, he could not even verbally tell me he had to give me a hand wave to leave. I live two minutes away and this is the last time that I will ever come here. Just an awful experience

Bad customer service Was there on 5/4 around 10:30pm, I told the lady at the counter that I was ready, she just said ok, I waited anot 5 mins , than she come and start scanning my stuff, than she tol me the total & left again she started picking up some boxes and left me with the money on my hands I waited & waited after another 5 mins I left, is not the first time that this happened to me its crazy how poorly they treat their customers

Very poor attitude from cashiers (owners?). Multiple times I've waited in line while they ignore the customers, knowing that there is a line. Not friendly at all. Also, I just paid for my coffee without being rung up in the register. Very shady place... New donuts kept on the dirty floor! Worst 7/11 within 100 miles.

Awful customer service. There was just one lady behind the counter and the guy stocking refused to help her out while it was 7 people at the line, He was barely answering the questions.

Just called to ask a question about if I was able to add something to an order I know they have in store but isn’t listed on doordash. Was told “I don’t care I’m busy you can come pick it up if you want it” and then hung up on. Call lasted 25 seconds. You would have thought she was a medical professional being distracted from a life saving operation. I called back to ensure there wasn’t a mistake and she really hadn’t hung up on me. She made it clear she did and kept repeating “you can come up if you want something” with no interest in what I was actually asking. I love 7-11 in general, this location is to be avoided.

If I could give this place a 0 rating, I would. I went in to purchase muscle milk for 3.99 and was told it cost $5 despite the sign clearly saying $3.99. The little old lady argued with me for 5 minutes refusing to give me my money back. She then made me go get the 3.99 sign and bring it to her as I already told her it was. I brought her the sign and asked her what her problem was? she then told me to shut up.... I will never support this place ever again and ask others to boycott
