Not only most of the pharmacy workers are rude, the store’s shelves are always half empty and the part that is not empty is always disorganized. You can never find what you are looking for in this store. Even their photo station doesn’t work properly and the usb cable keeps disconnecting from the phone. Even 1 star is too much for this location.

The Pharmacy staff was amazing. I really appreciate there help. They were able attend to my husband and I quickly. I really appreciate Faevenn which was quick and Effective with picking up the Medication. I also think Grace for her Grace on me & my husband while picking up medication.

Front desk said to go to pharmacy for covid test. Waited for 20 minutes. Pharmacy finally said they don't do it and gave a number to call. When I called they said they canceled the appointment because I was 15 minutes late and would not do a test. Go elsewhere!!

I am extremely generous for 1 star! I was on hold for 25 minutes 3x’s back to back to back trying to transfer my prescriptions to their store. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I called the store manager to find out what the problem was and the store manager said to call back right away so he could have them answer for me. Another 20 minutes went by on hold. I tried to call him back to tell him they didn’t answer and he hung up as soon as he heard my voice. The second time he picked up and hung up. The manager doesn’t even care. I called a different location to get the district managers phone number to make them aware of the situation. We will see how far up the chain the incompetency goes. I am glad I found out that they don’t care now before I transferred my prescriptions. If they are not responsible enough to manage phone calls their is no way they can manage prescriptions. I bet they run out of inventory all the time. It’s sad how people expect to get paid knowing they don’t do their job. Totally clueless about how this could affect their job.

Unfortunately, this CVS is not good. The pharmacy has bad customer service. They make mistakes with the prescription. They are not on top of the medicine and the suppliers, or does not have the customer best interest. The staff is rude, the supervisor is a bad one and they need more staff. Many products at the store are outdated or in bad shape. I bought sugar free chocolate and they were bad. But some eye cream it was outdated. Bought some sugar free candy and they were bad. Overall, this CVS pharmacy needs employees that really cares about their customer and the store! It has a lot to desire.

I called in a prescription for a patient at 9:00am and my patient calls 4 hours later there prescription wasn’t filled yet, I called them again I was on hold for 45 minutes. I gave a verbal, patient calls before our closing time to say it’s still not filled. I advised the patient to go to a different pharmacy because we were closing and I won’t have enough time to be on the phone. They got there prescription at another pharmacy within the hour. Terrible patient and prescriber service. Not recommended.

I LOVE the staff at Franconia CVS pharmacy. They are always so helpful and have even helped me find a coupon for medication that was not covered by insurance and very expensive. They definitely go above and beyond to help their customers.

The pharmacy is overwhelmed to the point of dangerous. Visited 6 times for asthma Rx. Got wrong Rx. Frustrating but They tried to sort it all out. They need to hire more help. Corporate needs to get involved.

This pharmacy location does have decent customer service for non pharmacy products. You could get the essentials you need in a prompt manner. The pharmacy people are somewhat OK. Better than having bad people. I noticed it takes a long time to pick up prescription there. The line seems to move slow for prescription pickup. Anyhow one of the managers there Mohammad has best attitude there.
