The old Indain lady is very rude and disrespectful. She was fighting orally/verbally attacking customer, the customer was calm. Wow I was shocked to her behavior. If I had time I would stop at another 7/11 down the road. I will never come back to this location even though it’s very next to where I work. I will drive a couple more minutes somewhere we/customers get respect.

This is my go to place for a quick stop. I love how it’s right off the main road for quick in and out. The coffee is always fresh no matter what time of the day I come. I’m happy that they always have my hazel nut cream in stock. This location also decorates their store during the holiday and it makes me feel so happy when I shop.

The older female Indian cashier is always grumpy, rude, disrespectful and doesn’t seem to care about customers every time I stop by that 7-11. Today though was the worst encounter with her. I politely asked her to make a fresh breakfast pizza for me to take it to go because the one they had on the display looked old and stale. She refused saying that was “nothing wrong with the that one”, and she wasn’t going to “jump at every wimpy customer’s request” I was appalled at her tone and attitude. What kind of a customer care is this?? I never had this kind of problems at other 7-11 in the area. I mean it takes 2-3 minutes at the most to pop in a frozen breakfast pizza in the microwave and warm it up. Judging by the other reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who had to deal with her complete lack of respect for customers and horrible attitude. This 7-11 is going to start business and customers if she continues to behave like that.

The Indian female cashier behind the counter is extremely rude. The male and the female in the store are always talking to each other very obnoxiously in their language. I have stopped at the store numerous times and every time I have had the female she has acted like she has a chip on her shoulder. I understand the language they speak and I feel sorry for everyone who do not understand when the clerks/ owners or managers are speaking among themselves and not to mention the lack of etiquette that customers have to put up with from individuals who are ironically in the customer service industry. I doubt due to the 7/11 model they will do anything to change it because most likely these people are the owners and they know they still make income due to the very nature of the business.

Hi, I am writing this review because I Am completely disgusted! I purchased a parliament cigaret of 7-11's it was my second time this day . When when I saw the shelf the price was 5.33 but he charged me 7.76 asked about the price he told go out of store, this 7-11’s employees are not friendly and polite .

I went to 7 eleven to get coffee. One of the employees blocked the coffee spot talking to the other employee. I had to excuse several times to brew my cup of coffee. While I was on the line to pay, this same employee stepped on my feet because she is still talking and did not pay attention of her surroundings.

On Monday, September 23rd at 12am...whoever the cashier working has HORRIBLE customer service!! We’re on a little road trip and stopped here to get some coffee and snacks and a bathroom break. He refused to allow us to use the bathroom then proceeded to tell us he didn’t want our business here. He told us to go across the street to the McDonalds in which there is no McDonalds in sight! My brother goes back inside and just purchases what we came for...a man walks in after us (a white guy) and the worker greets him with a smile and I watched as he helped this guy with no back talk and no problems. Wow! Then he told us the directions to a police station we didn’t ask for. Smh. This worker was clearly racist and the owner should know about his employee’s actions!

Cashier stole my ID, came back 10 minutes later to get it and he was gone, new staff didnt even bother looking for it and when I called back later to ask if anyone has seen up I got hung up on. Shady and dirty store.

I always feel uncomfortable when I go here, I work early mornings so I stop for coffee. Started going to the McDonalds across the street. I’d rather stay in my car and go through a drive through than walk into a store and be creeped on by the employees here.

If I could give this place a negative star it still would not justify how incompetent and rude the customer service is. My fellow workers and I stop there every morning before work, you can imagine how much we spend a month. But still when you ask for some fresh food they act like you're speaking a foreign language. Donuts hard as a rock pizza so dry and stale I think It may be expired. The lady bad mouths any customers that have any type of request to other employees in her language if it's any inconvenience to her. Napkins are like Waldo condiments behind the counter you have to beg these people to get proper service and you still don't get it. And ohh do not pull your 711 app that this place that's just asking for trouble with these people.
