Employees were fantastic! Get the insurance so you can walk away. A bunch of debris flew off a construction trailer a few hours after I got the car, put lots of scratches and a dent in it. Thank goodness, I paid a few extra bucks for their insurance and don't have to pay anything else. Freak accidents happen. Also, the lady put my mind at ease about the accident immediately upon returning the car. She could tell i was really upset and worried about it. I'll definitely rent from them again

This place is amazing! I needed a rental car while my car was being repaired. Ian Brown was a bright spot in my otherwise bad day. He was friendly and helpful and made sure my needs were met. From calling to insure beforehand through driving off the property, Ian and Enterprise had me covered. I would definitely use their their service again, and really appreciate the customer service.

My husband hit a deer in his truck and essentially called this location to get a vehicle. He was told by Ian, that the truck would be available between 12:00Pm and 5:00PM on Wednesday, February 3. I went on his behalf to pick up the truck because his schedule does not work for the hours that they were open. To my surprise, Ian told me he did not have a truck available, and he could only place me in a Ford Escape. My husband was clear that we needed a truck. Ian was clear that a truck would be available - or, a large SUV. Ian acted as if this was impossible to find. I called my husband, and put Ian on the phone with him to discuss the deposit and the vehicle. The entire time my husband was on the phone with Ian, Ian rolled his eyes and didn't pay attention to anything he was trying to say. He paced the floor and acted like we were taking up his time. My husband was just trying to figure out why, with an insurance claim, he had to give a credit card number to make a deposit. We ended up taking the Escape and calling the Gloucester location where we were treated with respect. They have kindly located a truck for us.

Enterprise took unauthorized funds from my acct. totaling almost $300. They claim I told them that I wanted additional insurance. Never happened. Just want my money back!! Won't deal with this company again.

Ian did a great job helping me get the right vehicle after my accident. My car was in the body shop beyond what my insurance covered. Ian was able to discount my rate. He went the extra mile for this customer.

Had reservations here for a car rental since I had been using this location for years and the Rep I had this time was awful. Changed my entire reservation and the price I was told by over $100 went to a different location and had received great service was in the vehicle I needed and used the exact information I tried to use heresy the Tappahannock location.

I have been renting a car for months and feel the weekly rental is way to high, even when I do use my points each free day cost no less then 500 points....thats not great. The cars are ok I guess. The service has been fair. We rented a car this past week from the Tappahannock store...we were greeted and treated very well...the car was fantastic! We will rent from here again for sure.

The service has been fair. We rented a car this past week from the Tappahannock store...we were greeted and treated very well...the car was fantastic! We will rent from here again for sure.

It was a time that many cars were out from storm damage so maybe a full clean wasn't able to be done. There were a few things I noticed from driving the car (tires were losing air or sensors were bad) so I let them know upon return. They don't drive the cars like customers do! Have to do your part for the next person.
