I had to rent a vehicle for a trip. The staff was nice and courteous and very helpful. I was a hassle free process and I wasn't there long with pick up or drop off. Will definitely use them again. Also, the vehicle that was given to me was perfect.

Not a tremendous selection of vehicles here BUT that is most likely attributed to the current economic climate and lack of vehicle production. Friendly staff and great customer service here! Definitely recommend!

If I could give less than one star I would. I set a rental date a month in advance. My rental was 2 days late. I waived the insurance because I have my own, I was charged anyway. I haven't received my deposit back. And the rental was covered by someone else's insurance since my car was being repaired by their insurance. I have called repeatedly and the office keeps hanging up on me.

The employees were very nice and helpful. We brought the vehicle back a day early and were given a refund, with problems. I would definitely rent a vehicle from the Cedar Bluff, VA Enterprise.

Mack is Great! So nice and always makes car rental a pleasure. Martin is so nice too. Will always go back to Enterprise. You really out done yourself with Mack!!! If you want to be treated right and with respect...go to Enterprise.

We called to get a rental to go on vacation and called customer service and these ppl are very rude . did not say anything about a $200 deposit and when i asked the lady on the phone is their a deposit required she told me no 3 times then when were done an told me the price she said bring credit card and driver license and your deposit .. I said hold on you said no deposit an she continued to get loud and rude with me . i will be writing a review about enterprise ..i will not call these guys for a rental anymore ..they lie to people so thxs enterprise for ruining our vacation

Luke did my rental there and they were super busy but he took the time to take care of me and my needs. It's a smaller location and can be hard to get a reservation but they make up for it in their excellent customer service! I rent here often and am always satisfied

Rented a truck and a economy car recently from this Claypool Hill location. Very friendly staff. Most importantly, both vehicles were in excellent and new condition. Both vehicles were reliable and clean. I had an excellent experience! Would highly recommend.

For starters...no cars on the lot available ...maybe they should increase their stock! I found trying to get a rental from them very difficult. I was promised to be picked up 2 separate specific times but that job couldn't be done!! Was told the 1st possible pcikup was rescheduled because of an unsafe vehicle, and so the rescheduled time I was told they'd be at my place to pick me up at 0830, 0845 they hadn't shown and they were informed I had an appt that couldn't be missed, so at 0845 I called to cancel the pickup and informed them if a driver could pick me up @1130 then I'd take the car if not then I'd cancel the reservation, so at 1135 I called to see if someone was coming to pick me up I was told that they'd bring me a car at 1:30....so following through with my promise I called and canceled the reservation!! The sucky part of this all is they are the only rental co nearby in this area!!
