Have lived in Laurens for the past 8 years. Robertsons Ace Hardware was our go to. Today we went to exchange our well pump that has a 1 year warranty on it. They printed my receipt and it shows I have 6 days left on the warranty. No there could help us. The manager said it showed one in stock, but no one would go look in the back and for it. They said they didnt know how to do a warranty, then said the warranty people are not open and therefore could not review the pump????? They called another employee and he could not come in and look! SERIOUSLY! That's how you do business??.Could you nit tell your employee to go look??? Our livestock troughs need to be filled, our home has no water and they basically like we can't help you! We would have to wait until Monday?!?!?!?! WOW Poor customer service and pitiful professionalism from all levels of there staff.

I always get the best help at Robertson's Ace. It is surprising what all they carry. I went in for a can of paint and spacers to fix a other issue. Instantly, I had a couple of guys ready to help me. There, they don't just tell you the isle, they take you to it, show options and even offer to carry it if it is a bigger item. I didn't have a bigger item this time, but before leaving, I asked about carts for being the lawnmower I bought there last summer. After I paid for my small items and put them in the car, a nice gentleman met me outside at the carts. They had exactly what I needed! There was one left, and I had to take my car home and get my truck. He took the sticker off and told the ladies at the front desk that I would be back. I was right back to pay for it. It took them no time to load it into my truck. Perfect service! The price was below comparable carts I saw online when I was searching from home. Robertson's is my first choice every time I need something they carry.

THE PLACE for any needs for the blue collar working man.From Bur to Gary to any other employee, they will get you what you need. Very knowledgeable about a variety of things. They sell quality, which you pay a little more for but it is worth it. Girls up front are always friendly and get you in and out fast!
