The staff at this store made went over and above when my wheelchair van broke down. I arrived in their store with my husband in a wheelchair and my 8 yr old Granddaughter. I was having a meltdown due to not knowing how I was going to get my husband home along with my van. 2 women employees rose to occasion and offered seating, comfort, hug, drink and helped to entertain my granddaughter. They made it so I was able to regroup and get everything taken care of. I will never forget their help and will definitely shop at this store when I am in the area.

Even my phone don't like this store employees are Lazy on their phone not all. I have left out of this store so many times because I can't find what I need. Like today they didn't ask me if I found the 3 items I came for after they told me where to look. Customer service Needs to be trained. Yes near my home but I will be going to Lowes

Very Low Inventory. What’s up with this place? They have very limited supplies on the shelves. Many are empty. Assuming they are getting killed by supply chain issues. Hate to see it happen to a local family owned business. Hope they can survive this.

Very helpful staff, clean store and plenty of parking. Maybe it is a sign of the times but they really don't have a lot of stock for anything that I was looking for. I'm still gonna have to make that trip to Lowes which is unfortunate because this hardware store is much more convenient to where I live.

The owner of the store might possibly be the rudest person I have ever met in my life! I was buying my pellets, he replied "drank the Trager Juice I see" Me: *No response* I checkout and start to leave the store when the owner told me not to come back and did not like my attitude. He was not the person ringing up my items, I had no previous conversations with the man and he knew nothing about the kind of day I had. Needless to say, his unempathetic attitude was sickening and yeah well deserving of this review. I hope you decide to buy your hardware needs at a real store like LOWES or HOMEDEPOT because everything in here is way overpriced. I use to not mind because it was close to me and I like supporting local but after meeting the owner I will now GO OUT OF MY WAY to buy my hardware needs.

I prefer this store because it is close to home and I want to support local businesses. However, 8 of 9 visits they did not have what I needed. Recently I was after a small paint touch up kit, those ones that pack a small roller and pan in one package, a short connector hose ie one of those 3 foot hoses used to connect an hose reel- really basic hardware store stuff. Nope. None of those on the shelves. But they got all the Christmas stuff! So, off to the big box store, miles away. 12/21/21 update- went to buy drawer glide pads- nothing. Not even a space where they would be on the display, but fortunately the vendor was there stocking the shelves. He mounted a search for this item only to conclude they do not carry them. Four mile round trip for nothing-again. So, Ace did not ace this one. Strike three!

I go out of my way to go to Ace as opposed to the big box stores. I usually call ahead to see if they have what I need. The help always accommodates my questions and go above and beyond to help out. They have a good selection of Traeger and Weber outdoor bbq supplies as well.

Everyone here is always extremely helpful. I work near this location and have to use them all the time. They're not as stocked as the big box store like Lowes or Home Depot, and the prices are a few cents higher. But I always go to them when I need something fast and it's not worth the gas or time to drive several miles to a larger store.

It only takes one person to ruin your experience. Today and older taller employee was rude and very unhelpful. Was impressed by the GM Doug previously and liked the place with prior business. However, will never use them again. The overall attitude from that one person alone was enough for me to find an alternative place to shop regardless of my needs.
