Lisa, Evie, Daniel and the entire staff are amazing!!! I'm at this Fedex almost twice a week sometimes and they are always so kind and helpful even when I'm throwing 4 different tasks at them! Very grateful to have such a well organized, thorough, hardworking Fedex team nearby.

Walked in there and the assistant manager quoted a ridiculous price for 2 pictures because I needed them printed now. I called the night before and got great customer service but today it was horrible. From the moment I walked in she was rude, and to think this person is management in their establishment is crazy. I've been in retail for 10 years plus and now own my own stores. I would never have someone so rude and condescending ever work for me.. I promise I will tell all my colleagues, associates and everyone about the treatment that was given to me today. I even called her out and said do you not want to so it? Because If that was the case she should have stepped aside or better yet go home. She was talking rudely, shaking her head In a rude manner & just downright rude. I will NEVER SPEND TIME OR MONEY IN THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!! AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS HOW YOUR MANAGEMENT STAFF IS.

Spent 45 min printing documents for new job to find out the printer smeared the whole lot. 60 dollars at .70c a copy i asked the manager if there was anything they could do for me? She said sure ill shed those and you can go do it again. Thanks Fedex for great customer service!

The AGM (didn’t catch his name) was so nice! I was very impressed. It looked like it was just him working. He started up a conversation with me while we waited his computer (I got there right at noon on a Sunday). He was very helpful and I would come back to this location just for him!

We recently visited the FedEx Office store in West Ashley. They were extremely busy. The employees were doing a good job meeting the expectations of the customers. One employee specifically stood out, Norman. Norman not only has the ability to multitask, but also was acknowledging waiting customers. Just a friendly “hello” and “I’ll be with you shortly” while making eye contact made us feel important and not ignored. When it was our turn for service, Norman was very helpful and patient. Norman handles himself with extreme confidence and professionalism. FedEx is very fortunate to have an employee like Norman. Thank you Norman for excellent customer service.

Went in to this FedEx in shambles, needing to ship some oddly shaped things, for which I did not have any supplies and Jesse sorted everything out easily and painlessly. This place has been on point. Never a long wait. Someone always glad to help. This last time, Kalea?, was perfect. Walked me through everything that I needed done. Did work out front while I was trying to get situated in case I had any questions. Always had an answer, never heard don’t know how or we can’t. Place was clean. Machines up to date and in good working condition.
