I sent a package to Colorado and it was returned a month later because my receiver “didn’t live there” because they had put in the wrong address. I go in to receive my package and send it out elsewhere where they told me that I had to either pay $10 to even get my package back or pay $13 to send it out again. When I give her the correct address, it autocorrected to the one they used originally. The woman still made me pay the $13. While I had signed the sheet to originally send it out, I trusted that the autogenerated address would get it to my receiver. The woman helping me didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or try to empathize with me and was very cold. She did give me a discount which took 66 cents off my total (basically nothing). Prior to this, I always had wonderful experiences at this store. Now I will never be sending a package out of this store again because I cannot trust them to get it to my receiver. I really didn’t appreciate the customer service at this store, and their not being accommodating to my situation.

Called before I went to check notary fees - recording on their store phone says $5/stamp. I walked in to have a document notarized and waited behind 3 customers (not a problem) before getting to the manager/notary Diego. I had two stamps which should have been $10. After the document was notarized he rang me up for a total of $20. when asked why, he explained that there is now a fee for not having an appointment - “new policy”. this is not advertised anywhere in the store, on their website or on their phone recording. When I looked at the receipt after I left, I noticed he charged me for 2 “rush jobs” at $5 each. I called the UPS store customer service, sat on hold for almost 10 min before being told by someone in corporate that the stores are franchised and they can basically charge whatever fees they want. This store is ripping people off - AVOID! And go to the one downtown instead

Update : New management needed … young long haired manager with hickey on his neck needs extensive training to better handle both customers and employees alike … I use this business frequently and had great experience prior to this managerial change .. went in to have a document notarized, Allison was extremely helpful as always .. quickly had things taken care of and I was out the door … returned a few days later for another document notarized and got the manager who had zero personality and who informed me that there was an additional $5 walk in fee for notary republic services … first I’d heard of this .. no policy change notice hanging , nothing posted so, asked why the new charge and informed we had not been subject to this before and he asked who had done the notary prior … I mentioned the persons description and soon the employee walked in, he mumbled Under his breath .. that her? I said think so, he immediately stopped my transaction and went to reprimand her in the back and then he returned … I told him how unprofessional that was , and then he lied and said he didn’t mention it to her … .. UPS stores needs a management refresh ..

Had an envelope to mail this morning, wasn’t quite sure what method , Erica waited on us and was informative , patient and very professional ! Erica is an asset to the UPS store and should be complimented by management for her excellent customer service and professional communication skills ! A+ Erica , keep up the stellar customer service, it’s refreshing !!

Wonderful place. Erika served as a notary for us signing our house close when we were out of town and the documents needed signing sooner than expected. She was incredibly helpful and capable and made a big difference for us in the home sale and our vacation!

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate owner and employees. Myself as well as half a dozen others were left sitting outside in the heat for half an hour due to nobody being there to unlock and open. Meanwhile, a new employee sat outside in his truck and never once relayed to us that they were unable to open. He did walk half way to the door once but turned around without saying a word- not all his fault but the owner should’ve had him relay to the customers that they would not be opening on time. So I called the owner and got no feeling of remorse- instead more of a lecture on how I need to take some time to self reflect since I made my call to him short. He viewed it has being hung up on although that’s not the case. He took long pauses and as I received no empathy for my wasted time on a Saturday morning I ended woth that’s all, good bye. Completely unsatisfactory handling of the situation on his part and I will absolutely never do business with them again.

Always a great experience! I ran into the UPS store this morning to drop off a package and there was one cashier running the store all by herself. There were a few people in front of me with several different issues and she handled each with a positive and upbeat attitude. She went above and beyond for each customer and didn’t seem rushed or bothered by all of the various needs going on around her. I believe her name was Lorie—and she was wonderful!
