Rent-A-Center on Sam Rittenberg Boulevard in West Ashley is a great place to go for all things furniture, electronics, appliances and much more. I really like the selection and being able to get everything that you need here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

I honestly don’t know where to start but, first I’ve been going through this place for years. And not once have I felt so disappointed. I had one of the employees threaten me?! What kind of costumer service is even that?this whole disruption is going to make me go somewhere else after my stuff is paid off! It’s sad because I’ve been with them for years. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would!

5 stars all the way! Super impressed with Mikel and Joe! The entire transaction took under an hour and we even had a few laughs along the way. They saved my Thanksgiving by being able to have a fridge delivered to me in under 24 hours after placing my order! The price was reasonable, and the entire team way beyond enjoyable to work with. Cannot say enough nice things about them!

If there was a possibility for a zero stars I would give them that. Rent a center is no doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. No straight answer when either delivery or pickup. They overcharged my automatic payment, how is that even possible when it should be on auto deduction? And when calling to get an answer why, no one could give an answer. The management staff is very rude. What a terrible company. They damaged our walls delivering our product no resolve on that.

Terrible customer service. I went in to purchase a couch and a tv, the sales person, Daryl, told me he had to set everything up and would call me. But I never received a call back. After the calling the store twice no one seemed to have any idea how to help me, only to find out that the particular store I went to couldn’t help me because I had an open account elsewhere. And to go to that store. Now, I’ve been in the service industry for 15 years. Don’t you think Daryl would have taken some initiative to help me get set up at the new store? Or have any sort of useful information at all? No, he just blamed it on miscommunication between myself and other employees. So, thanks for nothing, and I’ll go back to the store I went to the first time where they actually helped me and called me back when they said they would.

Horrible cust service. This store sucks. Very bad customer service. No one communicates with each other. They had my info mixed up with another customer whose name was no where near mine. Could find my account call 3 days prior to my due date and said I was late although I was paid through the next month. Will never ever go to any of there stores ever again this was an emergency situation but I'll do without
