Don’t expect the manager or associates to help you if you loose your brand new iPhone. I’ve been shopping at the James Island Tuesday Morning for 7+ years. Never really had complaints until my IPhone went missing from inside the store. It was like pulling teeth just to have someone help me look I used the find my iPhone app & 2-3 years later it still shows the same location it did when I set it down inside the store. I’m convinced an associate stole it. I retraced my steps & it was nowhere. It’s the only store I went to that day & back home. I was calling everyday to speak to a manager about it & for 2 weeks they gave me the run around. Then she was on “vacation” it took a MONTH!! When she came back she said the tape has already been recorded over. No apology. It was as if I was inconveniencing her. That’s why I’m giving them 2 stars!

Just wanted to send a thank you to Mr. Bill. My wife bought something for my birthday and it was broken. Bill had the issue sorted in minutes. It's not easy these days to find someone who expresses customer service the way that Bill did. He apologized for something that wasn't his fault and corrected the issue. He even sought out the item I needed to exchange. If I had to guess, Bill has bought a broken item before and tried to return it, realizing that it can be frustrating sometimes. He made the process very easy. Thank you again, sir. It's nice to know some employees will still go the extra length for customers.

Tuesday Morning on Folly Road on James Island is an excellent place to find good value on furniture and home items. I really enjoy shopping here for the variety of items that they have available for the prices that are better than other stores in the area. I have had a really good shopping experience every time I have been here and have been satisfied with all of my purchases.

It's a great place to find home furnishings. They usually have a large variety and prices are reasonable. You never know what you might find. My only complaints are some areas of the store are disorganized. It's hard to find matching pieces. Some of the towels and wash cloths l bought in the past fell apart and unraveled after 1st wash. Most of what I've bought has been good quality.

BEWARE.... the manager of this store will cheat you. She said that she would sell me a broken planter for half price. The ticketed price was $39.95 and she said that $16 was half price. Now, I’m no scholar, but that doesn’t add up to me. I’ve literally spent well over $1000 in this store and she just lost a customer over $3.99. She didn’t want to sell the planter to me in the first place, because she had already said that she would get 100% credit for it if she sent it back as damaged. More than anything, it was her attitude about the entire situation. If she had been nice about it I would not be leaving this review.

Stopped by the store and immediately noticed a foul odor. As I walked through the store, I got to the back and noticed the Men's restroom was out of order and had the door cracked. The smell was much stronger towards the restrooms. That is when I realized the odor was sewer. I was and am still shocked that the business was still open.

This is the biggest Tuesday Morning I have every visited and I visit them in every city when I travel. I spend 2.5 hours in this store. Soooo much to see and buy. So glad I am traveling in an SUV. The finds in this store is amazing. Well worth the trip.

Nice store, didn't have what I was looking for but they had all kinds of stuff that I didn't know they sold which was neat. I don't know his name but the guy at the counter was really helpful and friendly.

They have a very good selection of quality household items at good prices. I bought lots of things I needed for a beach house - sheets and towels, baking dishes, cookware, decor items. The staff was both helpful and friendly. The main issue I have is with their super thin bags that cannot begin to stand up to what's in them. Bags filled with towels ripped apart when I was taking them from the cart to my trunk and the towels fell all over the parking lot. These bags are way too thin for their size - even double bagged items ripped, making it very hard to get things in and out of my car to the destination. Totally useless and frustrating. I'd have been better served doing it the Costco way - no bags, just boxes.
