During normal business hours. I went there 3 times. Every time, there was a sign: "be back at 3:45, sorry for the inconvenience", "closed for lunch", & "be back in 20 min." So, I just waited when seeing the last sign. The girl finally showed and went straight to the phone (which had been ringing for 5 min). So, I again stood waiting a she was on the phone. When she got off of the phone, I stated that I had been waiting and had been there 3 times. She ignored my comment. I have her my ID and she had me sign for the package. I never got an apology or even an acknowledgement of what had occurred. ~Robert

I typically use Staples for printing, but this location was bad. The employees were not very courteous. I canceled the order due to delay. They asked me to call an 800 number for refund. Unfortunately, I waited 25 mins only for customer service to call the physical location. They should have known how to process the return according to the representative. I would recommend FedEx Office. My experience there was great and QUICK! ~Matthew

My husband & 4 kids waited for 3.5 hours for service. We called at 3:50pm and they said about 45 minutes. After an hour or so, I called and they said the person was around the corner and would be there within 10 minutes or so. That didn't happen. An hour and change later my husband received a message saying 10 more minutes. That didn't happen. After 30 or so more minutes, my husband received a message asking if we ever received service and he said no, we were still waiting. After 3 hours the tow truck guys showed up and got us in the van with our children. It took about 1 minute to get us in. Mind you AAA was around the corner - 3 minute drive. Craziness. I'm happy to have them, but this should have been handled better. ~Jeanette

I wish I could give five star I tried informed about a checking account with regions I used to have and I spoke to amy and She went on about a Past history regarding my account i called in referecing too and with the bank. She told me about a charged off or delinquent account I didnt know about, she claimed and was told I need to bank somewhere else until it’s resolved well okay. If thats the case then whats the point of me keeping a prepaid. I have to stick with a now card which Is a prepaid card that doesn't pay my rent or my car payment and none of my billers won't accept the card. I should even asked what delinquent account she was talking about too because I kept up behind the account i had a made sure its stayed at a positive balance. If the bank charged me a fee at the time i attempted to close the account after putting it to zero balance then its not my fault what happened. And i was never told or sent anything in the mail regarding that from the back office She spoke too or whatever department that handles and account like what she mentioned. She just now telling me all this. How would I know that, why was I not sent anything a long time ago regarding that so I would have taken care of that at that time. I have to sit with a prepaid card and not find a way to see what has been going with the account nobody notified me about. I have to either close my now card or resolve whatever this bank needs because I don't need two banks. I need to find another bank but I can keep a card I can't pay my bills with. Im mean come on. Yeah right. Not happy about the situation and getting to the bottom of it. Well I don't blame the people that work here better off finding a solution to this. what happened regarding my closed account that was supposed to be only closed and not charged a fee or for money to be taken when i very knew well it was at a zero balance. the account is closed and even though the account has been sitting, not being used at That time the bank needs to do a better job informing there customers about stuff like this especially when it depends on customers to help keep a better relationship. I'm not reported to EWS and no negative items and no account bank for now but only a prepaid I can only do but so much with. I called early warning service and was told they have all the information and are looking to help me resolve whatever issue there is hopefully it’s helps so I can reopen another account again in the future. ~Denisha

Always friendly, great selection of craft beer, decent wine self for a convenience store this size.... Accepts Samsung pay.... has all the sodas and snacks anyone could want. Supposedly it's a hot lottery spot; What else is there to say? They also sell bowls and stuff for tobacco use only if you're into that too! Highly recommended. ~Robb

We had an excellent experience! I was a bit nervous because it was my 4-year-old's first time having someone other than a parent cut his hair, and he can be pretty strong-willed. The stylist was EXCELLENT with him, and the cut was adorable! We will definitely be back. ~Angie
