Sat outside and waited for their 10-15 min break which turned into 45 min . Literally watched almost 50 people walk up and leave . Ridiculous

They do not clean their soda or coffee machines properly so unless you want to get sick from having mold in your drinks don't drink from them.

I’m only rating based on my experience with one employee and NOT THE STORE. Coming in with my girlfriend we decided to buy some snacks as I grab a burrito (not paying attention) and approach to counter I was greeted by “hey is that all for you? And how was your night” from the moment she spoke I felt as if she knew us this cashier was so sweet and funny. As she’s ringing us up she looks down and says oh no this isn’t right. come to find out my burrito had mold on it so In the same exact moment she grabbed everything from the display area and bagged it up. I was so pleased with her attention to us as a customer if she didn’t look down I probably would have been sick today . So great they have her on the team

This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks that I stopped on my way to work to get coffee & they were out. How do you not have regular coffee at 8:15 in the morning?? Went in today & got 2 cappuccino's. The cashier was extremely rude because I wanted her to punch my coffee club card. Then she only punched once & argued with me when I asked her to punch it twice because I had 2 drinks. She tried to say its 1 punch per transaction....um, ok then I'll pay separately, lol...idiots! My first review was in December 2018. It is now June 2019 & nothing has changed at this store. The cashier talked to her co worker the entire time that I was in front of her. She didn't say one word to me.....not one word. Her co worker was busy telling her a story about a high speed chase that she was in & the cashier was so enthralled with her story that she kept stopping in the middle of my transaction to ask questions. It's extremely inconsiderate of my time. I was on my way to work & didn't have time to wait for them to socialize instead of earning their paycheck.

Go to this store everyday for cigs and gas. I am staying in Charleston for the winter for my job. Recently had to get my license renewed in Tennessee when I went home for thanksgiving. Tennessee gives you a paper ID at the dmv and sends you the plastic one in the mail within 14 days. It is a complete valid ID with barcode and security features to ensure it is real. Tonight the African American cashier would not accept it and refused to even attempt to scan, and told me it isn’t real and won’t accept it even after I showed her my plastic expired ID with all of the same information on it just expired...after working a 16 hour shift at the restaraunt literally right next door I go to buy cigarettes and $20 worth of gas. After getting denied I refused to give this business ANY of my money so I attempted to drive to the next gas station to get gas. I ran out of gas on the way. As I’m typing this waiting for AAA to bring me gas...I’ve called everyone I worked with today to tell my story. 3 out 4 have had terrible experiences with her, one even complained to the manager in the past because she was EXTREMELY rude to her and her daughter one night, and the manager’s response was she has been with the company for 10+ years and we’ve received so many complaints about her but we can’t do anything...they are waiting for her to retire she said...I will never come to this gas station AGAIN, and will tell every employee, customer, and friends from now on to never go there again...you have ruined my day after working 16+ hours literally 500 feet away. I will be calling corporate in the morning.

I stop at this location sometimes 3 times a day and usually it is a pleasant experience! This morning however i was approached by a very rude employee as she screamed her name when asked "JAQUILYN""MISS JACKIE" While getting rite in my face! I was trying to get coffee and it was out so i hit the brew button lilttle did i know that pushed her over the edge towards me yelling in front of other customers that other coffee is good use it i.e. decaf and flavored not the Colombian wich i purchase regularly! No apology was ever made and she started following me and as i was asking my spouce a question she takes it upon herself again to be rude and invade my privacy! I will never go to this location again and recommend that anyone i associate with do the same! Store manager really needs to asses its rude ghetto acting employees and teach them to speak professionally to customers not in some kinda hood rat to ne this is a business and you lady were obviously never tought customer service skills! Also will be contacting general and district management and whoever else to reprimand this employee as she should be!

Horrible! Shop there all the time due to the convenience factor. New cashier provides me the wrong cigarettes when I get home I realize this and go back immediately. Upon my arrival the cashier wanted to tell me ahe asks me if they were the right cigarettes which she did not and told me she could not exchange them for the right ones. The ones that she should have provided to me in the first place.
