Called to pickup my medication while I was on the way. Waited at counter, was there 7:58pm and this can be shown on cameras. Pharmacy doors closed on me, no one acknowledges me. I work all week and only get one day off a week to run errands in person. It was a quick and easy pickup. My cat needs this medication and I have no way to pickup now without taking time off work. Staff was rude and just ignored me, offered no solutions. A checkout doesn’t take more a minute. That’s all I needed. Will be switching all my medications to another locations. Completely unprofessional.

The pharmacists are always prompt and professional. Even when they are busy my wait isn’t long. I really like the CVS deals on the Extra Care card and the app is helpful as well as convenient. The reason I am writing this review is Ms. Cathy one of the cashiers up front. I left my debit card and she was kind and diligent enough to save it for me! I really appreciate her for this because my bank takes at least a week to send another one! Ms. Cathy is my hero this week!

Has the same base layout like the cvs I would go to in CA. I'm making a wild guess by saying if you know the layout of one store you, you understand them all and it makes shopping a little easier

There are five in my family and we use the drive through pharmacy often. All of the pharmacists are both professional and friendly---even though they are always busy---often asking us if we want them to check for other family members who may have a prescription in to be filled or ready for pick up. Corey, Ingrid, Seth, and the whole crew are awesome! As for inside shopping, my wife and I have always found the cashiers to be courteous and helpful.

This CVS pharmacy is amazing! Seriously the best one I've used. Always super fast, and they will handle any insurance issues instead of sending you away to deal with it! Also friendly!

This CVS Pharmacy location on Orange Grove Road in West Ashley is a great place to find all of your basic drug store and pharmacy items all in one place during an emergency or during normal times. The store is very well managed and everything is organized and easy to find. I have been impressed with the overall level of customer service and shopping experience every time I have been here. They are a reliable choice if you need to make a quick stop for that one item or you have a longer list of needs.

The entire cooler has been out for over 3 weeks the manager told me part was on order. As a former maintenance director I know that's is BS. Ask for Discount on hot beverages all I got was no no no. There is mold so bad on the blower fans need to take everything out discontinue it and refill with new after cleaned and part fix. It is about a hundred and thirty degrees inside cooler. The manager was terrible. Kayla was awesome helped us in any way she could.

I’m really disappointed with my local CVS store this evening. The customer service is top notch here I use this location for all of my prescriptions and I have never had any issues. I am disappointed on this particular evening because my mother had her gall bladder removed a couple of hours ago and they sent over all of her scripts but the pain medication - as always. She never asks for pain medication. Not after having an full hysterectomy or any other times that’s I can recall. However, she asked me to please go pick this up because she is in terrible pain. I got to the pharmacy about ten minutes before they closed - not realizing the pharmacy closes an hour earlier than other local locations. They were fully staffed and told me that filling this one additional scripts should not be an issue. However, the pharmacist refused. They told me to go to another location about 10-15 minutes away because they were closing in a few minutes. I just think that’s ridiculous. I have worked in the food industry for over a decade and if a customer comes in 5 minutes before close- we serve them without question. However, when someone is in terrible pain a few hours after surgery they have no qualms whatsoever about sending you away and telling you to try another location. This is the world we live in. Where food service is more accommodating than medical care.

I love the CVS/pharmacy at the corner of Orange Grove Rd and Sam Rittenberg Blvd. The pharmacists at this location are top notch and are always so friendly and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable. Everyone who works behind the pharmacy counter is always smiling, pleasant and polite even when it's busy. I drive past another CVS store that is much closer to my house just because of the great service I always get at this location. Great job!
