They were nice. But when I take passport picture, I didn't know I shouldn't have bang and no white shirts. So I took wrong photo. I didn't know they didn't know what was regulation for passport photo. If you take passport photo at CVS, please make sure you yourself knows what is the regulation so that you will not spend money again

Stopped by to pick up a prescription and it was the most painfully agonizing experience. The pharmacy manager, Jyoti, is completely incompetent and slow. She completely disregards you as a customer and does whatever she thinks is best without consulting you and discussing options. The whole process should only take 15-20 min but she makes it a 2+hr ordeal. AVOID THIS CVS

If i could give this pharmacy a 0 star i would, never going there again. Rudest pharmacist and assistant I have ever come across at a pharmacy. The only reason I go there is because it's convenient, but for now on I will go to CVS Market Street.

If I can give this place zero stars, I would. I have been going to this pharmacy for the past 3 years and I have not gone a single visit without any issues. I am always shocked when there isn't a problem and everything goes smoothly (as it should). They always try to give me the wrong version of a prescription even if my doctor specifically told them what kind (generic or non). Every time I get a call or text notification saying that my medication is ready, it never is! I have even called and spoken to a live person that tells me it's ready and when I show up, it isn't. I always have to stick around for the "20 minutes" sometimes even AN HOUR for them to fill a prescription I was told was already ready for pick up. I drive specifically to the store because they say its ready and I still waste so much time waiting for them. On top of it all, if they say you can wait around the store while they fill your medication, they don't call your name to tell you its ready and you end up wasting more time waiting around for them. They call SOME names but not all names. BE PREPARED TO WASTE SO MUCH TIME HERE IT IS RIDICULOUS. I have used CVS for so many years, in many different states and cities and this is the worst experience I have had in my life -- considering moving pharmacies even if it costs me more money but at least I do not have to deal with such rude and incompetent people. And COVID is no longer an excuse.

CVS staff member said she had other things she “wanted to get done” when I asked to sign up for the ExtraCare membership and suggested I come back tomorrow. Granted it was at around 9:30pm BUT what happened to customer service? Like everything else wrong with the world, I’ll blame COVID for this as well.

they don't answer phones. like ever. I'll go wait in a 20 minute line just for them to tell me I need confirmation from my insurance, my doctor, etc. so bad at communication

I like this CVS location. Stocked with more than some of their other locations. And they stay open one hour longer. Staff is helpful and advise you, if their is a sale or special on items , at the checkout.

The cashier Felicity left me standing at the register to go answer a call in the liquor dept. Even though my stuff was already on the counter and there were other people in line. Horrible customer service!
