Brianna is very unprofessional and she is the store manager. The other girl who threw my products down and refused to check me out is also very unprofessional. If I were the district manager, I would fire them both!

It's really difficult to receive any standard of customer service at this location. I've rang the phone for so long before that the automated service will simply hang up on me after a certain point. Visiting the pharmacy in person, it's not at all uncommon to see the pharmacy staff arguing, or even yelling, at customers, even when the customers haven't done anything to warrant being yelled at. I've honestly had days where I've put off picking up my prescriptions simply because I couldn't mentally gear myself to visit and interact with the staff. It's really only the convenience of the location that's kept me coming back over the years.

All it takes is one person to ruin something. The pharmacy manager is so disrespectful and unprofessional. She told me to stop talking because I was asking why my sons prescription wasn't ready at the time I was TOLD it would be. He had already ran out 2 days prior. The restroom also has a out of order sign hanging on the door which has been there for OVER a year. And the restroom works fine. Smh. They just don't want ppl using "their" restroom.

Sometimes it takes a little longer. It's worth it though when they know who you are by your voice with a mask on. These days and times. They get behind cause they are.a very busy store.

It is virtually impossible to talk to the Pharmacy staff on the phone. Every time I call I wait 20-45 mins and just hang up. I think I have successfully reached someone 2 times out of maybe 20 calls? Its unbelievable. I assume they are understaffed and therefore this is not their fault, nor do I blame them. The fact is this location is looked over and not properly given resources.

Why have a phone in the pharmacy if they never answer.1 hour on hold and clerk was rude. This time i cannot sit on hold as i need to go to work. Businesses need a human on the line in 3 rings. Train or hire better staff.

Just walked out of this poorly ran store. I was waiting to talk to someone at the pharmacy for over 5 mins. Nobody acknowledge me right away. They don't care about customers. They are super slow and look at you like you inconvenience them by coming into the store. Nobody wants to stand and wait on you guys all day hurry up and do your jobs efficiently

Had to stop in to get a card while my daughter was taking her driver's exam and asked where their restroom was. I was told they didn't have one. Odd. I thought that was code. I told him that was strange and then asked him where he goes to use the bathroom and he said told me next door at Food Lion. Nice. Really nice.

The pharmacy in this CVS has the rudest staff that I have ever seen! Very unprofessional and disrespectful The white boy that works here slammed the window in my face! When I went inside to speak with him the pharmacist then got rude and told me I was lucky that she was on her job! Wow. Worst pharmacy I have ever seen in North Charleston! I do not recommend people to get there medicine here! I am a licensed pharmacy tech and if I treated my customers this way I would lose my job!
