I just wanted to print something in B&W and the printer wouldn't print documents from the workstation I was paying $1/min to use. The employee there couldn't help except to fwd my documents to their email, which wasn't an option bc I was printing document with PII.

During normal business hours. I went there 3 times. Every time, there was a sign: "be back at 3:45, sorry for the inconvenience", "closed for lunch", & "be back in 20 min." So, I just waited when seeing the last sign. The girl finally showed and went straight to the phone (which had been ringing for 5 min). So, I again stood waiting a she was on the phone. When she got off of the phone, I stated that I had been waiting and had been there 3 times. She ignored my comment. I have her my ID and she had me sign for the package. I never got an apology or even an acknowledgement of what had occurred.

Never got my VERY IMPORTANT PACKAGE delivered to my door . But its saying delivered . yall need new delivery people because they just drop the packages anywhere instead of to the correct house . So now i have to reorder my package and wait longer . Hopefully this time yall bring it to the right door . Learn how to read apartment numbers because i needed that package

Whoever the sweet girl behind the desk was is AMAZING. I was having trouble getting a package from FedEx. It kept on being delayed. I tried calling their help lines, the fedex hub, everything. completely useless. I called her at the fedex store and she had my issue resolved almost immediately. FedEx if you're reading this the girl you got back there needs a promotion!
