Went into the Catskill branch and Jesse was working. Let me just start by saying, some of my previous experiences almost made me leave Verizon- this man was absolutely amazing! I dealt with the most amazing person I've ever met in customer service. Her name is Sarah. She went above and beyond for me to the point where I thought her services would have cost more..haha, but they didn't she's just one of those people who care about her job and the people she deals with.
