My first response for questions is 5. I'm extremely satisfied. The Manager Mandie was a consummate Professional. She guided me from first contact as I entered the store,to leaving with the product of choice I desired. She was knowledgeable, focused , Kind and provided me with necessary information throughout the process. I will absolutely be recommending her as a point of reference to new customers. So my experience was Phenomenal.

I love going there. The staff treat u like family 👪. They know you by ur name when u walk in. Especially my girl Maddy. She such a good person. All the staff a really nice caring people.

I have never done a review before but this place man… I broke my phone screen walking on my way home so I went right away to my carrier (AT&T) closest location and happened to be this one. Went in and started searching for someone to talk about my problem and my intention to do a trade in for a new phone. I start talking to this guy close to the register, and since the first moment he had an attitude, like if I was bothering him; when I started explaining my situation the guy not only interrupted me but also had such a disdain face that made me wonder why i was giving my money to this company. So I just walked away, went to another carrier close to them, got a way better customer service and left with a brand new phone.

Went to AT&T Store a couple of weeks ago, met with Jay (I believe he's the new manager, and if he's not - he SHOULD BE) and Lizbeth Ward. They are both GREAT people who believe in helping AT&T customers. Jay makes you welcome, has a good sense of humor and Lizbeth makes sure that if there is any thing you stand in need of she will deliver! These two representatives truly represent AT&T to the fullest! If you need GREAT service, make sure to request them! KUDOS to you both!!! (Fulton and Bond street).

I would like to compliment the AT&T employee Coty. I got a new phone and did not know how to use it or how to transfer my information. Coty was extremely patient, helpful, and courteous. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable he was. He was very capable and was able to help me with everything I needed. I appreciate AT&T having such a professional employee to assist me.

An AT&T store visit that didn’t make me want to light myself on fire? How is this possible, you ask? I have no idea. But recently I went in and got served immediately and the woman who helped me was super nice and knew what she was doing. I love you, Fulton Street AT&T

I woke up one day and my phone would not turn on-I was freaking out because I had to leave town that day. I called this AT&T location and reached Katherine who immediately helped locate the new phone I wanted. I ran over and she quickly got me all set so I was able to make my train shortly after! Even more, she was able to revive my phone so that I could trade it in to get my new phone for free! She was knowledgeable, provided INCREDIBLE service and was extremely friendly and sweet. I am so grateful to her for helping me out! I will be a customer for life :)

I was taken care of as soon as the customer ahead of me was helped. I got a new SIM card and my problem with not being able to get or receive texts or phone calls was resolved. All this while a vulgar mouthed customer in the establishment was being treated with respect by another employee.

Thank goodness this store is here! I had some problems with an online order and spent over an hour calling AT&T and being put on hold and run around in circles between departments. Mandy was super knowledgeable and patiently worked through my issues even when all seemed hopeless! Thank you Mandy!
