My first response for questions is 5. I'm extremely satisfied. The Manager Mandie was a consummate Professional. She guided me from first contact as I entered the store,to leaving with the product of choice I desired. She was knowledgeable, focused , Kind and provided me with necessary information throughout the process. I will absolutely be recommending her as a point of reference to new customers. I had the best experience! I wish I had gotten the name of the man who helped me, he said he was filling in for someone but usually works at the store in Williamsburg. I was trading in my iPhone for the 13 and he was so helpful and friendly. He even installed the glass screen protector for me! One of the best experiences I've had at AT&T. ~Hayley

I have been to the store last week. Ray helped me and 5 other customers alone while we all got superb treatment. I never met a more efficient trustworthy person and I’m so happy I did. I don’t know if this guy is the manager but he should running the chain, the store is too small for him. ~daniel

Egypt's energy was awesome and genuine. I had the pleasure with working with Egypt twice,each encounter was great. Her customer service game is A-1. Her energy and vibe is everything that a customer looks for when spending their money. I had to write this review to show case Her vibe, energy and professionalism especially during the times we under. I walked in the store a galaxy user and walked out the store an IPhone user with 2 phones and a watch. You don't come across too many people that can be professional and down to earth at the same time.. she was all that in one. T-Mobile hired a winner ...thank you for a wonderful experience ~Rosie

This place is the real deal. They made beautiful custom wooden dressers and closets for me at the exact specifications I wanted… all for a fair price. Highly recommend! ~Munya

This has got to be the worst Dollar Tree store in all of US. It’s a mess. No management no nothing. If I could give a Negative star from this rating I would. It’s definitely not worth anyone’s time to stand in line for hours to save a few dollar. Look at the cashier lone, there are 18 people waiting to pay in just one line! ~M

Love it!! They have a little bit of everything. I love the fact that they have books for kids and adults, bought a few for my two year old. The employees are very polite and helpful. Keep up the great work!! ~jen
